Aim: To analyse the urinary steroid metabolome in a boy who had true precocious puberty after a Leydig cell tumour. Method: Case report and detailed description of clinical and metabolic findings in a 7-year-old-boy with a Leydig cell tumour. Results: Before surgery, the urinary steroid metabolome showed an activation of an alternative route to gonadal androgens independent of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). After surgery, the boy entered true precocious puberty. Under leuprolide acetate treatment, clinical and laboratory findings normalized. This study sought to assess the representational format of task options in the representational variant of the force concept Inventory (R-FCI) test, namely its impact on students’ problem-solving approaches. This was done with the help of eye-tracking equipment. 35 high-school students solved four tasks, mainly from the R-FCI test, which sought to assess the student’s understanding of Newton’s 1st and 2nd Law of Motion. The present study followed 156 Finnish children (Mage = 7.25 years) during the first grade of primary school to examine to what extent parent- and teacher-rated temperament impacts children's math and reading skill development during the first grade, and the extent to which this impact would be mediated by teachers' interaction styles with the children. Therefore this subject is well investigated, and the majority of common vaccines today contain only traces of egg protein. Postprandial Abdominal Pain Caused by Gastroptosis—A Case Report

Gastroptosis is a condition in which the stomach is displaced downward and is a condition affects the spontaneous muscle mobility in the stomach. The reason for its current prevalence remains unclear as the medical literature is scarce on the condition in children. In this study, we describe the case of a 17-year-old girl suffering from chronic, position-dependent epigastric pain. The symptoms were observed during post-meal activity, with a significant increase in pain intensity while in an upright position. An inferior stomach displacement was noted in an upper gastrointestinal X-ray study using barium.
