The purpose of this article is to present the most characteristic positions of representatives of the doctrine (both representing the common law system and continental law system) whether, and if so, how to regulate legal status of robots, which might inspire a further discussion in the matter. The reason to start a discussion regarding this topic was a resolution of the European Parliament of 16.2.2017, which included a recommendation of the Commission regarding civil law regulations connected with robotics (2015/2103(INL))

The aim of this paper is to present the main sources of the interpretative dispute about the message contained in the Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Francis Amoris laetitia (2016), on love in the family. Referring to the position of the “Dubia Cardinals”, it concerns primarily four issues, which we can name as the “most-discussed”, i.e. (1) Holy Communion for the divorced and remarried people; (2) Creative conscience and absolute moral prohibitions; (3) The law of gradualness; (4) The concept of mercy.

Celem artykułu jest analiza przepisów normujących zryczałtowany podatek dochodowy od przychodów osób duchownych w kontekście opodatkowania wynagrodzenia rabinów i podrabinów za czynności związane z koszeryzacją żywności. Badania przeprowadzone na potrzeby niniejszej publikacji opierają się na następujących tezach badawczych. Po pierwsze, w przypadku czerpania przez rabinów i podrabinów dochodów z tytułu koszeryzacji żywności spełnione są przesłanki podmiotowa i funkcjonalna. Study engagement and burnout profiles among Finnish higher education students

A person-oriented approach was applied to identify profiles of study engagement and burnout (i.e., exhaustion, cynicism, inadequacy) in higher education in a large and representative sample of 12,394 higher education students at different phases of their studies in universities and polytechnics in Finland. Four profiles were identified: Engaged (44%), engaged-exhausted (30%) inefficacious (19%) and burned-out (7%). The engaged students had the most positive engagement accompanied with the least burnout symptoms compared to other groups. Mūsdienu klasēs, daudzi pedagogi saskaras ar „ārpus kontroles bērniem”. Bērniem, kuriem ir uzmanības deficīts vai hiperaktivitātes sindroms (turpmāk tekstā UDHS), ir neiroloģiski traucējumi, kas ietekmē viņu spēju kontrolēt savu uzvedību un pievērst uzmanību uzdevumiem. Bērni ar UDHS rada īpašu iedzīvotāju grupu ar dažādām vajadzībām izglītības vidē. Izpētītajā pētījumā, tika pievērsta uzmanība uzmanības deficīta un hiperaktivitātes traucējumiem. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt un analizēt dažādas pieejas UDHS, kas saistītas ar problēmām ar vidusskolēniem.
