A better understanding of the water and energy cycles at climate scale in the Third Pole Environment is essential for assessing and understanding the causes of changes in the cryosphere and hydrosphere in relation to changes of plateau atmosphere in the Asian monsoon system and for predicting the possible changes in water resources in South and East Asia. W opracowaniu przedstawiono stan oraz kierunki i zakres zmian społecznych i gospodarczych w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu w latach 1995-2018. Przyjęty okres badawczy pozwala wskazać tendencje rozwojowe miasta, jednocześnie był on warunkowany dostępnością wiarygodnych i porównywalnych danych statystycznych. Badania przeprowadzono przede wszystkim na podstawie analizy wskaźników stanu, struktury i dynamiki wybranych zjawisk opisujących sytuacje ludnościową i gospodarczą miasta. Diagnozowaną sytuację rozpatrywano zarówno jako efekt uwarunkowań, jak i element mający istotne znaczenie dla rozwoju miasta. Crimea has always been at the crossroads of cultures, civilizations, dialogue of cultures. At the beginning of the 21th century, the representatives of over 175 nations belonging to different confessions lived in the Crimea. In different periods of the Crimean history alongside with Orthodox churches and Muslim mosques, churches of other religions and confessions existed. Scientists pay attention to both national structure and poly confessionalism of this region. The presented work deals with the key points of Catholicism evolution in the Crimea. Special attention is paid to some periods as well as events and people associated with them.
Identification of a dipole band above the Iπ = 31/2- isomeric state in 189Pb

A dipole band of six transitions built upon a firmly established I π = 31/2− isomeric state has been identified in 189Pb using recoil-isomer tagging. This is the lightest odd-mass Pb nucleus in which a dipole band is known. The dipole nature of the new transitions has been confirmed through angular-intensity arguments. The evolution of the excitation energy and the aligned-angular momentum of the states in the new dipole band are compared with those of dipole bands in heavier, odd-mass lead isotopes. The paper presents the vegetation types with invasive Senecio inaequidens along the road verges in the Opole Silesia. The large population of this South-African species was located in the second half of June 2018 in the green belt (central reservation) along the A4 motorway (motorway section Brzeg – Opole).

The paper presents new sites of interesting synanthropic plants in the Opole Silesia. Three halophilous species,Plantago coronopus L. Spergularia marina (L.) Besser and Cochlearia officinalis L. were found on road verges of motorway A4 within the section Brzeg – Prądy. All species were observed with very large population sizes. They can thrive because of de-icing of the motorway surface with the application of sodium chloride spray.

The site of Cagny on the "Plaine de Caen" was excavated from February to July 2008 and was the first site in Lower Normandy to reap the benefits of large sacle mechanical earth moving, the entire site being revealed over 13.6 acres. Beyond the two enclosures identified during a prior archaeological evaluation, this strategy, prescribed by the Ministry of Culture and Communication's archeological service in Lower-Normandy, resulted in the detection of unexpected remains and occupations. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie rekomendacji dotyczących zwiększenia stopnia dopasowania oferty kształcenia zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy w kontekście sytuacji szkolnictwa zawodowego w Opolu. Tekst oparty jest na wynikach badania przeprowadzonego przy użyciu papierowych formularzy (PAPS). W badaniu wzięło udział 10 z 13 placówek prowadzonych przez gminę Opole, w których odbywa się edukacja zawodowa młodzieży, w tym wszystkie technika oraz 3 zasadnicze szkoły zawodowe pierwszego stopnia. Badanie dotyczyło oferty badanych instytucji oraz ich wkładu w zaspokajanie potrzeb rynku pracy (liczba i struktura absolwentów). Respondenci zostali poproszeni o ocenę swoich zasobów edukacyjnych.
