L’objet de cet article est de montrer que le maintien de l’ordre ne se reduit pas au seul moment de la confrontation entre des fauteurs de troubles et la force publique. La police judiciaire et le renseignement administratif s’enchevetrent dans cette activite qui designe plus le cadre global de l’action des policiers avant la Premiere Guerre mondiale qu’un registre specialise et autonome. Or, la collision de la police judiciaire et de la police politique durant les episodes de maintien de l’ordre produit un effet inattendu en amenant les gendarmes et les policiers a transgresser les reglements presidant a leur activite.

In economies characterized by low labor demand and high rates of youth unemployment, entrepreneurship training has the potential to enable youth to gain skills and create their own jobs. This paper presents experimental evidence on a new entrepreneurship track that provides business training and personalized coaching to university students in Tunisia. Undergraduates in the final year of licence appliquee were given the opportunity to graduate with a business plan instead of following the standard curriculum. Abstract This paper proposes a classification of the old member countries of the euro area in a structural data rich environment and run a convergence analysis using the same framework. First, we use a clustering approach and identify two structurally distinct clusters of countries that are not modified between 1999 and 2012: the South Countries Group (SCG) – composed of Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain – and the Other Countries Group (OCG). Discretionary fiscal policy over the cycle: new evidence based on the ESCB Disaggregated Approach

This paper explores how discretionary fiscal policies on the revenue side of the government budget have reacted to economic fluctuations in European Union countries. For this purpose, it uses data on legislated revenue changes and structural indicators provided twice per year by National Central Banks of European Union countries in the ESCB framework for analysing fiscal policy. The analysis is based on the estimation of fiscal policy rules linking these measures of legislated fiscal policy changes to the output gap and other control variables. This work is inspired by the accompanying report to the opinion, presented to the European Committee of the Regions and approved by a large majority in Brussels on February 12, 2020, honouring, on the day of the 40th anniversary of the assassination, the memory of Prof. Vittorio Bachelet, vice-president of the Italian Superior Council of the Judiciary, murdered by terrorist hands at the end of the lesson of administrative law at the Faculty of Political Science at the University "La Sapienza" in Rome.
