Yhteisöllisyys suomalaisessa konemusiikkikulttuurissa harrastajien näkökulmasta

Konemusiikkikulttuurissa ilmenevää yhteisöllisyyttä on tutkittu Suomessa melko vähän. Tutkimuksessani olen pyrkinyt selvittämään kuinka konemusiikin harrastajat kokevat yhteisöllisyyden sekä kuinka yhteisöllisyys ilmenee ja miten sitä ylläpidetään. Kyseessä oli kvalitatiivinen eli laadullinen tutkimus. Toteutin tutkimuksen survey-tutkimuksena teemahaastattelun muodossa, jota varten haastattelin kahta konemusiikin harrastajaa sähköpostitse. Haastateltavien kertomusten perusteella yhteisöllisyys koetaan yhteenkuuluvuuden tunteena, yhdessä tekemisen ja välittämisenä kautta sekä hyvänä olona ja ilmapiirinä. Tätä pro gradu –tutkielmaa varten on suomennettu ensimmäinen luku Andreas Steinhöfelin (2008) kirjoittamasta saksalaisesta Rico, Oskar und die Tieferschatten –nimisestä lasten- ja nuortenkirjasta. Käännösprosessin keskiössä on ollut erisnimien ja muiden reaalioiden kääntäminen sekä käännösprosessin kuvaaminen ja reflektointi. Reaaliat ovat kulttuurisidonnaisia ilmauksia, joilla ei välttämättä ole vastinetta tulokielessä- ja kulttuurissa. Cryptogein signaling in tobacco: in search for nitric oxide targets

Nitric oxide (NO) triggers various physiological responses in plants. Notably, NO is recognized to account for the response to biotic stresses. We previously reported that NO is produced in tobacco cells exposed to cryptogein, a 10 kDa elicitor secreted by the oomycete Phytophthora cryptogea. To decipher the role of NO, we identified and characterized S-nitrosylated proteins in tobacco cell suspensions elicited by cryptogein. Several candidates were identified including the chaperone-like AAA+ATPase CDC48 and a calmodulin isoform (CaM). El presente estudio pretende resolver la controversia en torno a la identidad y procedencia del poeta Filóxeno, célebre ditirambógrafo del siglo V-IV a.C. Para ello, hemos recopilado todos los testimonios que citan a personajes con el nombre de Filóxeno desde la primera mención de Aristófanes. La investigación ha revelado que existen varios individuos con el mismo nombre y rasgos comunes. No obstante, el examen de estos testimonios revela la existencia de un único autor de ditirambos: Filóxeno de Citera. This paper proposes the theoretical framework and the experimental application of the active disturbance rejection control to linear induction motors. Such a nonlinear control (ADRC) technique can be viewed as a particular kind of input-output linearization control, where the nonlinear transformation of the state is not computed by means of the model, but it is estimated online. Such an approach permits to cope with unmodelling dynamics, as well as uncertainty in the knowledge of the model parameters and exogenous disturbances.
