Prácticas de alto rendimiento : un enfoque configuracional aplicado al caso español

A continuación se relacionan estas configuraciones con las estrategias competitivas de las empresas con el fin de validar la estructura configuracional obtenida. In Spain, within the framework of the Strategy 2015, the implementation of scholarships, grants and wages especially adapted to the new situation of the European Higher Education, intended to ensure access to university education to those most disadvantaged social groups economically. The research presented in this paper explores the effect of inbound, outbound and coupled open innovation practices on firms' performances in the biopharmaceutical industry. Specifically, although existing researches on open innovation effectiveness have separately investigated the effect of open innovation practices on innovation and financial performance, this study evaluates the concurrent effect of these practices on both such performance dimensions in a single framework. This article investigates the language practices and language policies of an Indian migrant family in their daily life in Finland. The purpose of this paper is to consider the potential of an empirical case study on migration to understand the interrelationship between macro and micro analyses of language policies and practices. Resumen El propósito de este estudio fue analizar la incidencia de las prácticas verdes como impulsoras para generar confianza, satisfacción y lealtad en los huéspedes. Para ello, a partir de una muestra de 302 huéspedes de hoteles en Bogotá, Colombia, se estimó un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales a través de la regresión de mínimos cuadrados parciales. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que las prácticas sostenibles contribuyen al aumento de la confianza y la satisfacción de los huéspedes, y que estas, a su vez, influyen positivamente en su lealtad hacia el hotel. Highlights • The Covid-19 pandemic is a rare opportunity to examine some fundamental aspects of IM and IS research and practice. • There are at least three areas where the pandemic has impacted practice: information management, work practices and design of technologies. • The IS discipline has appropriate methods and theories to study the design of technologies and social interactions. • Concepts such as “social distancing” that has emerged in the pandemic need to be studied through philosophical premises. • The IM practices that emerge after the pandemic is over, will be shaped by how well we seize the opportunity to learn from the pandemic.
Un proyecto de biología sintética para la motivación y aprendizaje de los estudiantes del primer curso del Grado en Biotecnología.

[ES] En el presente trabajo presentamos un proyecto de biología sintética de nivel profesional adaptado a estudiantes de primer curso. Describimos las adaptaciones necesarias para hacerlo asequible para unas prácticas de laboratorio, tanto a nivel pedagógico como en cuanto a la viabilidad económica de los materiales utilizados. El proyecto pretende la motivación de los estudiantes del Grado en Biotecnología mediante la introducción temprana de la actividad profesional real en biomedicina, así como la adquisición de una serie de competencias del trabajo práctico en el laboratorio imprescindibles para el biotecnólogo en formación.

[EN] University students of experimental sciences degrees usually go to the laboratory of practices without having prepared the corresponding activity. This fact leads to a poor preparation of them translated into an effective loss of time available for experimentation, and a reduced acquisition of knowledge and skills, among other aspects. In order to solve this problem, in the present communication, the use of on-line questionnaires using the Socrative platform is described to be used as a prior evaluation system to access the laboratory.
