Vaccine hesitancy (VH) is one of the main causes of the widespread decline in vaccination coverage and has become the subject of ongoing debate among public health professionals. The present commentary is a “decalogue” of strategic actions to counteract vaccine hesitancy for public health professionals that comes from the cognitive and formative path put in place by the “Communication in Public Health” working group (WG) of the Italian Society of Hygiene, Preventive Medicine, and Public Health. Neutrinoless double beta-decay in the su(4) symmetry scheme

TheSU(4) symmetry scheme, used in a previous paper for the study of the 2v double β decay, is applied to the study of the 0v double β decay. Differences and similarities between the 2 processes are emphasized. The sensitivity to short-range correlations is discussed.

Sin embargo, se observa que esta acentuación se da en diferentes grupos poblacionales, y es debida principalmente a las conductas sexuales de riesgo que se realizan, las cuales son exacerbadas por ciertos factores, como el consumo de sustancias tóxicas, la baja percepción de riesgo o la búsqueda de sensaciones sexuales. This study evaluated five early cases in which esport developer Riot Games made rulings regarding activities and infractions by members of various institutions related to its product, League of Legends. The findings of this study support future theoretical exploration of other esports in seeking a fuller understanding of issues related to consent, power differentials, and roles and behaviors expected of the institutional activities of players and teams in competition. Refinement and validation of a comprehensive scale for measuring HR practices aimed at performance-enhancement and employee-support

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to refine and validate a Human Resource practices (HRP) scale to measure employees' perceptions and test a two-tier model structured in eight practices and two bundles. In a sample of 554 employees, an EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) offered six factors that explained about 70% of the variance. Then, with 1647 employees (from 41 Spanish organizations), first- and second-order models were tested with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The former encompasses eight practices.
