Se presenta la organización de las secuencias conversacionales a partir del modelo teórico de la lingüística cognitiva-perceptiva. Junto a a las secuencias de apertura y cierre conversacional (Secuencias marco), los cuatro niveles identificados por la teoría perceptiva (rección, concordancia, orden y énfasis) permiten identificar cuatro tipos fundamentales de secuencia conversacional (secuencias de historia, de concordancia, lineales y de inserción).

Darba mērķis ir definēt galvenās tēmas un metodes, kas izmantotas, veidojot Apple zīmolam piederošo produktu un funkciju nosaukumus, kā arī partneru izmantotos nosaukumus, uz kuriem Apple atsaucas, lai pilnveidotu sava zīmola stāstu. Pētījuma gaitā tika analizētas izvēlētas Apple oficiālās reklāmas, analizējot, kā reklāmās minēto zīmolu nosaukumu nozīme atklājas semiotiski, pragmatiski, semantiski un kā šī nozīme palīdz pilnveidot Apple zīmola stāstu. The Catholic Church is the largest religious faction in Poland, the country being organisationally divided into church dioceses governed by bishops. The letter by the bishop of Opole, Andrzej Czaja may be read in more than one way. One of them is the bona fide (i.e., good faith) one, the reading which assumes his sincerity, presumably the one that had been intended by the author for his diocesans to use. The other is less cooperative and sees some cases of over- and understatements in the text. This can be linguistically studied using the pragmatic theories of H.P. Grice and G.N. Leech. Abstract Despite the initial function of hashtags as tools for sorting and aggregating information according to topics, the social media currently witness a diversity of uses diverging from the initial purpose. The aim of this article is to investigate the communicative functions of hashtags through a combined approach of literature review, field study and case study. Different uses of hashtags were subjected to semantic analysis in order to disclose generalizable trends. Linguistic, sociolinguistic, and pragmatic competence as criteria in assessing vocational language skills: the case of Finland

The content of the assessment criteria used in assessing vocationally oriented language competence in the Finnish Competency-Based Qualifications was examined. The data consisted of the National Core Curricula, eight education providers’ assessment criteria used in rating performances in the Qualification of Business and Administration, and thematic interviews conducted with 12 language teachers and four workplace experts. The data were analysed qualitatively. The results showed that on the lower levels of language competence, sociolinguistic and pragmatic competences were considered important in compensating for lacking linguistic competence. In this article we analyse autobiographical narrative texts written by university students studying Catalan as an Additional Language at a CEFR (2020) B1 level. The goal is to analyse the formative needs related to the writing of this genre in order to foster metadiscursive reflection in the classroom that will allow students to improve their written output. To this end, we analyzed a corpus of 39 autobiographies at both the macrotextual level (i.e., rhetorical moves) and the microtextual level (i.e., deictic elements which channel the narrative’s organization).
