Understanding politics as a contingent and controversial activity, politicisation refers to those activities that create or make visible the political quality in the phenomena in question. Parliamentarisation is a distinct strategy of politicisation. In this chapter, parliament refers to a certain procedural and institutional ideal type of acting politically. Abstract OBJECTIVE: First, to assess the appropriateness of requests for albumin using current guidelines; second, to evaluate physicians' compliance with this protocol. DESIGN: Descriptive, prospective study. SETTING: 'Paolo Giaccone' University Hospital in Palermo (Italy). PARTICIPANTS: The six departments with the highest orders for albumin. INTERVENTION: An experimental, pharmacist-driven process for daily orders of albumin was activated over a period of 1 month. Pharmacy personnel handed out order forms on six different wards. Problematyka prekluzji dowodowej w instancji odwoławczej wiąże się z zaprezento-waniem przedmiotowego zagadnienia w kontekście art. 427 § 3 k.p.k. w zw. z art. 452 k.p.k. Łączna interpretacja wskazanych przepisów pozwala wyprowadzić wnioski co do faktycznego zakresu obowiązywania prekluzji dowodowej w postępowaniu przed sądem II instancji i jego wpływu na model postępowania odwoławczego. The paper analyses the multiple tax procedures to be developed by the different bodies of the Spanish Tax Authorities (tax management procedures, tax inspection procedures, tax collection and tax penalty procedures) in the case of appreciation of an alleged crime against the Public Treasury. To attain this goal, a study of the new Tax crime configuration after 2012´ criminal reform is carried out, as well as a study of Act 34/2015.
