Analysis of antibody profile and correlation with disease severity in COVID-19 patients

Antivielu atbildei ir būtiska loma cīņā ar SARS-CoV-2 infekciju un uz to noteikšanu balstās epidemioloģiskie pētījumi, kas ļauj spriest par vīrusa izplatību. Ar pašlaik pieejamo antivielu testu palīdzību var noteikt antivielas pret šī vīrusa S un N proteīniem, bet tās var veidoties arī pret citiem vīrusa antigēniem, taču to prevalence un funkcionālā loma nav zināma. Šajā darbā tika izstrādāts antigēnu mikrorindu tests, kas satur 30 SARS-CoV-2 antigēnus vai to fragmentus un ar tā palīdzību 103 COVID-19 pacientos izpētīta IgG, IgA, IgM un IgE antivielu veidošanās dinamika un prevalence. In times of educational expansion, privileged families are looking for new strategies of distinction. Referring to Pierre Bourdieu���s theory of distinction, we argue that choosing Latin at school ��� a language that is no longer spoken and therefore has no direct value ��� is one of the strategies of privileged families to set themselves apart from less privileged families. Sequential variation in genomic RNA patterns of human rotaviruses isolated from infantile gastroenteritis

The incidence and RNA electrophoretypes of rotaviral isolates obtained from infants and young children with acute gastroenteritis were studied from October, 1985 through April, 1986. Analysis of the viral RNA was carried out by Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis followed by silver staining. Fourteen electrophoretypes were identified. A single dominant electrophoretype was found during the first months of the rotavirus seasonal outbreak. In contrast, a large variety of RNA patterns were observed during the latter portion of the study period. Ogres ielejas morfoloģija Viduslatvijas zemienē

Bakalaura darbā veikts pētījums par Ogres ielejas morfoloģiju Viduslatvijas zemienes posmā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apzināti agrāk veikto pētījumu rezultāti par Ogres ieleju un veikta literatūras analīze par upju ieleju morfoloģisko uzbūvi un to pētniecības metodēm. Darbs balstīts uz Latvijas ģeotelpiskās informācijas aģentūras izsniegtajiem Lidar datiem un autora veiktajiem lauka pētījumiem. Iegūtie rezultāti apstrādāti Global Mapper, Qgis, ArcView un Microstation vidēs. Pētījuma rezultātā iegūti jauni, augstas precizitātes dati par Ogres ielejas morfoloģiju. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par Ogres ielejas sarežģīto uzbūvi un tās posmveidīgo attīstību pēc teritorijas deglaciācijas.

Neskatoties uz to, joprojām ir maz pētījumu par hemodinamisko parametru maiņām kāju maģistrālajās artērijās. Īpaši aktuāls ir jautājums par asins plūsmas lineārā ātruma profila komponentiem un to maiņām dažādos apstākļos. Le métier de gestion de relation client doit évoluer, se connecter aux réseaux sociaux et mettre l'entreprise au coeur des échanges. Nous proposons dans cet article une approche de détection de communautés, de clients d'une entreprise, basée sur le comportement explicite et implicite des clients. Pour cela, nous définissons une mesure de similarité, entre un utilisateur et un tag, qui prend en compte la notation et la consultation des ressources ainsi que les contacts des utilisateurs. Bakalaura darbā apskatīta Tērvetes upes mūsdienu ieleja un procesi, kas to veidojuši laika posmā no Latvijas apledojuma Linkuvas oscilācijas līdz mūsdienām. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti galveni noteces ieleju veidotājspēki, kā arī morfoloģiskie procesi, kas veido mūsdienu Latvijas upju ielejām raksturīgos elementus. Sniegts ieskats bakalaura tapšanas gaitā izmantotajās pētniecības metodēs un materiālos. Rezultātu sadaļā analizēti izveidotie ielejas šķērsprofili un garenprofili, kā arī iegūtie Tērvetes un tās ielejas morfoloģiskie rādītāji.
