A comprehensive study of automatic program repair on the QuixBugs benchmark

Abstract Automatic program repair papers tend to repeatedly use the same benchmarks. This poses a threat to the external validity of the findings of the program repair research community. In this paper, we perform an empirical study of automatic repair on a benchmark of bugs called QuixBugs, which has been little studied. FrameNet-LV datu kopas transformēšana un tiešsaistes pārlūka izstrāde

FrameNet-LV projekts ir balstīts uz latviešu valodas semantisku marķēšanu pēc freimu metodes. Šajā dokumentā aprakstītā programmatūra kalpo šī projekta papildināšanai ar datu transformēšanu uz XML formātu, kas ir balstīts uz Bērklija FrameNet projekta datu organizācijas struktūru, ar Python kodu pielāgojot to latviešu FrameNet vajadzībām. Dokumenta ietvaros ir aprakstīta arī šīs informācijas attēlošanas nolūkos izstrādātā tīmekļa pārlūka projektējums un realizācija. FrameNet-LV tīmekļa pārlūks ir izstrādāts ar mērķi, lai lietotājs spētu ar tā palīdzību ērtāk pārskatīt un pielietot korpusā marķēto semantisko informāciju pēc dažādiem meklēšanas un datu atlases kritērijiem.

Diffusional Kurtosis Imaging in the Diffusion Imaging in Python Project

ABSTRACTDiffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (dMRI) measurements and models provide information about brain connectivity and are sensitive to the physical properties of tissue microstructure. Diffusional Kurtosis Imaging (DKI) quantifies the degree of non-Gaussian diffusion in biological tissue from dMRI. These estimates are of interest because they were shown to be more sensitive to microstructural alterations in health and diseases than measures based on the total anisotropy of diffusion which are highly confounded by tissue dispersion and fiber crossings. OCR pielietojumu iespējas ir plašas – kā vienu no biežāk izmantotajām var minēt dokumentu digitalizēšanu – tomēr brīvā dabā uzņemtās fotogrāfijās ar skaitļiem OCR precizitātei vēl joprojām ir vieta izaugsmei. SpCLUST: Towards a fast and reliable clustering for potentially divergent biological sequences

International audience; This paper presents SpCLUST, a new C++ package that takes a list of sequences as input, aligns them with MUSCLE, computes their similarity matrix in parallel and then performs the clustering. SpCLUST extends a previously released software by integrating additional scoring matrices which enables it to cover the clustering of amino-acid sequences. The similarity matrix is now computed in parallel according to the master/slave distributed architecture, using MPI. Grafisku objektu automatizētas salīdzināšanas sistēma izveidota pēc pasūtītāja SIA “FitDex” pieprasījuma. Tās mērķis atvieglot piegrieztņu izstrādes procesu precīzi salīdzinot piegrieztnēs esošos objektus, kas uzrādīti lietotāja pievienotos DXF formāta failos. Tā spēj noteikt, vai abos failos ir atrodami viena tipa objekti, vai tie sakrīt, ja nē – kāda ir to maksimālā novirze. Sistēmas funkcionalitāte piedāvā arī noteikt divu savstarpēji līdzīgu līkņu skaitlisku atbilstību un atgriezt failos uzrādīto līniju garumu. Tā izstrādāta valodā Python (versija 3.7.3) Windows operētājsistēmā. Programmatūra darbināma darbinot skriptu ar komandrindu.

Kvalifikācijas darba “Kontrolpunktu bāzēta publisko transportu uzskaites sistēma” ietvaros ir izstrādāta bāzes servera servisu implementācija, kuru izmanto, lai publisko transporta klientiem piedāvātu informāciju par publisko transportu pienākšanas laikiem. Šī sistēmas saziņa ar klientiem tiek nodrošināta ar HTTP serveri ar JSON saturu. Servisi ir izstrādāti C++, SQL programmēšanas valodā, izmantojot PosqtgreSQL bibliotēkas un Microsoft C++ REST bibliotēku. Testi ir Python programmēšanas valodā, izmantojot PyTest un Allure testu rezultātu rīku.

Bottom-up construction of dynamic density functional theories for inhomogeneous polymer systems from microscopic simulations

We propose and compare different strategies to construct dynamic density functional theories (DDFTs) for inhomogeneous polymer systems close to equilibrium from microscopic simulation trajectories. We focus on the systematic construction of the mobility coefficient, $\Lambda(r,r')$, which relates the thermodynamic driving force on monomers at position $r'$ to the motion of monomers at position $r$. A first approach based on the Green-Kubo formalism turns out to be impractical because of a severe plateau problem.
