In response, most affected countries have enacted measures involving compulsory confinement and restrictions on free movement, which likely influence citizens' lifestyles. En este trabajo se analiza la regulación de los deberes de los hijos y el derecho de corrección de los padres tras las últimas reformas legislativas, para determinar si sigue existiendo ese ius corrigendi pese a su eliminación formal del Código civil español, aunque no de otras legislaciones forales. In this paper we study the regulation of children’s duties and the parents’ right of correction after the last legislative reforms, to determinate if continues existing this ius corrigendi despite the formal elimination from the Spanish civil code, though not of other statutory legislations.

Kaon femtoscopy in Pb-Pb collisions at √sNN=2.76 TeV

We present the results of three-dimensional femtoscopic analyses for charged and neutral kaons recorded by ALICE in Pb-Pb collisions at √ s NN = 2.76 TeV. Femtoscopy is used to measure the space-time characteristics of particle production from the effects of quantum statistics and final-state interactions in two-particle correlations. Kaon femtoscopy is an important supplement to that of pions because it allows one to distinguish between different model scenarios working equally well for pions. Quantum-chemical determination of Born–Oppenheimer breakdown parameters for rotational constants: the open-shell species CN, CO+ and BO

The quantum-chemical protocol for computing Born-Oppenheimer breakdown corrections to rotational constants in the case of diatomic molecules is extended to open-shell species. The deviation from the Born-Oppenheimer equilibrium rotational constant is obtained by considering three contributions: the adiabatic correction to the equilibrium bond distance, the electronic contribution to the moment of inertia requiring the computation of the rotational g-tensor, and the so-called Dunham correction. Accuracy assessment and position correction for low-cost non-differential GPS as applied on an industrial peat bog

A low-cost, non-differentially corrected hand-held GPS receiver was tested on an industrial peat production bog. A correction procedure (‘pseudo-differential correction’) was derived that corrected data points to the nearest position on a line defining the centre of each 15-m wide field. The result was a corrected log of track points for each field for all points lying along the field. It was found that the mean orthogonal distance from a field centreline was linearly correlated with mean uncorrected GPS data error (r 2 0.99) such that as GPS error increased so the accuracy obtained by correction decreased. Complex power distribution analysis in plates covered with passive constrained layer damping patches

International audience; The vibration of a plate partially covered with a passive constrained layer damping (PCLD) patch is studied from an energetic point of view. The damped plate is excited by an acoustic plane wave. The study is done with a numerical two-dimensional multilayer plate model. Results of the present model are compared to those obtained with three-dimensional finite element models. It is shown that the present model gives accurate results, even for the layer's inner behavior. Erratum: By promoting cell differentiation, miR-100 sensitizes basal-like breast cancer stem cells to hormonal therapy

Basal-like breast cancer is an aggressive tumor subtype with a poor response to conventional therapies. Tumor formation and relapse are sustained by a cell subset of Breast Cancer Stem Cells (BrCSCs). Here we show that miR-100 inhibits maintenance and expansion of BrCSCs in basal-like cancer through Polo-like kinase1 (Plk1) down-regulation. Moreover, miR-100 favors BrCSC differentiation, converting a basal like phenotype into luminal. It induces the expression of a functional estrogen receptor (ER) and renders basal-like BrCSCs responsive to hormonal therapy.
