Excimer laser atherectomy in an uncrossable long chronic total occlusion through the subintimal space

We present a successfully chronic total occlusions (CTO) coronary recanalisation with the subadventitial space by excimer laser atherectomy (ELCA) adjunctive therapy. Angiogram revealed non-significant diffuse disease of the left coronary system with a complex long proximal right coronary artery (RCA) CTO (J-CTO score 4) and collaterals (Rentrop Grade 2 and Werner classification CC1) from the septal branches (Figure 1, Panel A). The Seni Kobereh River in Mare District, Maybrat Regency, has uniqueness so that it has become a waters tourism area. This study aims to determine the feasibility of Seni Kobereh River as a natural-based tourism attraction. This research was conducted in Sungai Seni Kobereh, Mare Selatan District, Maybrat Regency. Data collected since June to August 2018. The variables were analysed refer to the Guidelines for the Analysis of the Operational Areas for Natural Tourism Objects and Attractions of the Director General of PHKA 2003. Recent attacks by nation-state adversaries have targeted these organisations by exploiting known attack vectors. In this paper, open-source intelligence (OSINT) is gathered from organisations using Azure AD to explore the current attack surface. OSINT is collected from Fortune 500 companies and top 2000 universities globally. The main purpose of the study is to examine whether nationality and gender diversity influence financial performance as measured by Tobin’s Q.
