Thus,this study aims to analyze the rainfall field of Benin from the fifty three (53) meteorological stations from 1950to 2010 and to detect the rainfall amounts and the average temperature of six synoptic stations and thehydrometric stations of Niger river in, Benin, Pendjari, Ouémé, Mono and Couffo. Top managers in organizations usually adopt a “decoupling” strategy to regulate relations with the professionals whom they employ. The concept of decoupling worked out by Meyer and Rowan (1977) can be used to analyze senior management’s decision to avoid confrontations with professionals by accepting, more or less outright, differences between the institution’s norms and the practices of professionals. Operating in this way is no longer obvious, since managers increasingly interfere in the “business” of professionals. Cet article s'intéresse au phénomène d'instrumentalisation des valeurs fondamentales de l'entreprise comme force d'homogénéisation. Ce besoin semble répondre à la nécessité de construire une identité sociale. La démarche du groupe Fournier est explicitée dans le cadre d'une approche "Ressources". L'analyse des conditions de réussite de cette démarche met en évidence la nécessité pour l'entreprise de parvenir à maintenir une cohérence d'ensemble de sa politique générale et de réduire l'inévitable tension entre l'idéal et le réel.

Diese Studie bot ebenfalls Gelegenheit, die geologischen Eigenschaften der im Clos de Vougeot eingebrachten Baumaterialien genauestens zu untersuchen und neue Erkenntnisse zum Bau dieser Gebäude zu gewinnen und zu präzisieren.
