Tomato yellow leaf curl disease (TYLCD) is well known in Mediterranean countries, where it has been causing severe losses in tomato crops for decades. Until recently, two viruses (with several isolates) in the genus Begomovirus, family Geminiviridae, have been associated with the epidemics: Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) and Tomato yellow leaf curl Sardinia virus (TYLCSV). Signs in public space reflect ‘normalcy’ in a community. The authors ask what restricting signs tell us about a society? In order to explore the system and variation in the ways dog signs manifest different norms and control, they compare two different data sets: dog signs in a Northern European town, Jyväskylä in Finland, and two Eastern European villages in Romania. They apply a qualitative methodology based on visual communication, geosemiotics and linguistic landscape studies. Zgodnie z art. 65 ust. 1 Konstytucji RP każdemu zapewnia się wolność wyboru i wykonywania zawodu oraz wyboru miejsca pracy. Wpływ wyrażonej we wskazanym przepisie wolności pracy na swobodę kształtowania umownych stosunków pracy jest wciąż otwartym polem do dyskusji prawniczej. W prezentowanym tekście autorzy zmierzają do rozstrzygnięcia, czy zasada wolności pracy może zostać uznana za przesłankę ograniczającą swobodę kontraktowania.
