this contribution is dedicated to the analysis of a particular dish of sicilian, and in particular palermitan, cuisine known as 'rosticceria'. the essay investigates the ambivalent status of such bread dough-based dishes, halfway between street food and other categories of dishes. the analysis concerns both the manner and timing of consumption and the food-object itself from the point of view of its gustatory and sensory characteristics.

The literature has proposed ways to modularize information-technology-enabled services (ITeS) with limited success. We argue that applying design principles (DPs) can address this gap and revitalize the service modularization literature. With a qualitative research study, we develop exemplar DPs and a set of prioritized DPs for ITeS. We contribute to the literature by demonstrating how complex service systems, specifically ITeS, can be modularly designed. Arbuskulārās mikorizas strukturālās izmaiņas piekrastes augos pelēkajās kāpās Pāvilostā un Užavā

Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot arbuskulārās mikorizas aktivitāti, salīdzināt sezonālo ietekmi un mikorizas hifu morfoloģiju jūrmalas pērkonamoliņa Anthyllis maritima Schweigg.. pūkainā plostbārža Tragopogon heterospermum Schw. un čemurainās mauragas Hieracium ubmellatum sakņu fragmentos.Apskatot iegūtos rezultātus tika noskaidrots, ka kāpās biežāk sastopama Arum tipa hifu morfoloģija un augu suga nav noteicošais faktors hifu morfoloģijas veidošanās procesos, jo sugas ietvaros tika konstatēti visi tipi. Arbuskulārās mikorizas tipus pēc to morfoloģijas noteikt izdevās tikai tad, ja saknēs sastopamas visas struktūras - arbuskulas, vezikulas un hifas. Papildus noskaidroja, ka sezonas laikā mikori…

Within the framework of the Work Package 5 «Valorisation de l'image des produits aquacoles» and the activity 5.3 «Innovation en vue de valoriser les produits aquacoles» of SecurAqua project, we have assessed the possibility of diversification of Sicilian farmed fish, through the production of processed products, among which seabream fillets hamburgers. La singola decisione giudiziale è il risultato di una complessa mediazione fra le esigenze di universalizzazione della legge e le esigenze di individualizzazione legate al singolo caso concreto. In questo lavoro si tenta di dimostrare come la questione della commisurazione della pena sia più complessa di quanto comunemente si pensi. Nel primo capitolo è affrontata, perciò, la questione dell'individualizzazione delle pena nella dinamica giuridica 'coesistenziale', avendo come presupposto l'idea che sia il caso concreto a dettare la deontologia della pena.
