Universal design as resilient urban space plan strategy. New scenarios for environmental resources’ sustainable management
2021
Nowadays, urban framework, stressed by the growing anthropic pressure and its constantly evolving use requests is split by uneven structures, contexts, users and patchy needs, which come out to be inefficient and ineffective in access and management. This fact is directly connected both with morph-functional structure of urban texture and its continuous changing trends. The most important consequences of this situation are some negative effects that produce entropy, mistaken anthropic space uses, ecological networks decrease and most of all a substantial urban life quality reduction connected with mobility problems and non-resilient spaces' use at the different plan scales. These elements m…

Extensive livestock farming in Valencian territorial development. Public recognition and social experiences
2019
Local Interactions and the Global City Metropolization in Warsaw
2002

It is based on the combination of proximity interactions and global interactions and it is characterized both by a specific internal spatial pattern and by a large outside area of influence. Since the transition period, services, and particularly high-order services, have grown more rapidly in Poland than in EU countries, as if a catching-up process has been underway. A large part of these…
Services supérieurs et recomposition urbaine
2000
Since the 1980s, we have observed an increasing tendency o f specialized services like producer services to leave their « natural habitat » in the center o f large met ropolitan areas in order to re loc at e in suburban zones. Consumption and Production Patterns for Agricultural Sustainable Development

Agriculture has always played a key role in feeding the world population and ensuring the development of sustainable food production systems. However, over recent decades, many farmers have over-exploited agricultural ecosystems in order to increase their production and incomes.
