Influence of Offline Activities and Customer Value Creation on Online Travel Community Continuance Usage Intention

The purpose of this study is to empirically test a model that examines the roles of offline activities and customer value creation on tourists’ continuance use of online travel communities (OTCs). Hypotheses were tested through a sample of 251 respondents on Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk). SmartPLS structural equation modelling was used to test the structural model. Results indicated that offline activities significantly influence hedonic and social values, while this support was not found with functional value. The endogeneous nature of the dynamic analysis among classical economist's writings

« Endogenous growth theories » exhibit different models in which growth is assumed to come from the accumulation of a particular factor (human capital, technology, public infrastructures, etc.). However, due to its newness, the real term of « endogenous growth » seems to playdown old theories.This paper intends to put right this position and demonstrate that relations displayed by current models are only formalizations stemming from the developments of classical economists. In the end, we demonstrate that their analysis yields new viewpoints for analysts. Overall, we wish to reinforce theendogenous nature of the dynamic analysis among classical economist's writings.

Recently, we have reported that glycol chitosan (GCS) was able to reverse the P- glycoprotein (P-gp) efflux pump. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the potential of two GCS-based dosage forms (aqueous solution or nanoparticle suspension) for oral administration of the P-gp substrate Rho-123. A further aim of the present study was to assess the effect of the glycol chitosan-4-thiobutylamidine thiomer (GCS-TBA) on P-gp activity considering that the corresponding thiomer of chitosan series is a well-known P-gp inhibitor. Purpose: The model drug norfloxacin (NOR)was encapsulated into trehalose (TRH) and hydroxyethylcellulose(NAT) microspheres to obtain a novel gelling ophthalmic delivery system for prolonged release on corneal tissue. Methods: We assessed NOR release from microspheres, prepared by the emulsion-solvent evaporation method. A new in vitro tear turnover model, including inserts containing reconstituted human corneal epithelium (RHC), was designed to evaluate the TRH/NAT microspheres’ precorneal retention time.
