Effetto della dimensione dell'anello sulla conducibilità idraulica del suolo saturo misurata con la tecnica SFH

Nel lavoro è stata esaminata la relazione tra la conducibilità idraulica del suolo saturo, Kfs, misurata in campo con la tecnica Simplified Falling Head (SFH) e la dimensione della superficie campionata con una singola prova. L’indagine è stata condotta in un suolo franco-sabbioso ed in uno franco-limoso, esplorando la medesima superficie complessiva (0.71 m2) con anelli di diametro compreso tra 0.15 e 0.30 m. Nel suolo franco-sabbioso, le misure di Kfs effettuate con gli anelli piccoli sono risultate significativamente più elevate di quelle ricavate con gli anelli grandi. X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (X-ALD) is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by mutations in the ABCD1 gene, which encodes a peroxisomal member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter subfamily D called ALDP. ALDP is supposed to function as a homodimer allowing the entry of CoA-esters of very-long chain fatty acids (VLCFA) into the peroxisome, the unique site of their β-oxidation. ALDP deficiency can be corrected by overexpression of ALDRP, its closest homolog. However, the exact nature of the substrates transported by ALDRP and its relationships with ALDP still remain unclear. Omega-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC-PUFA) play a central role in neuronal growth and in the development of the human brain, and a deficiency of these substances has been reported in children with attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD). In this regard, supplementation with omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids is used as adjuvant therapy in ADHD. Seafood, particularly fish, and some types of nuts are the main dietary sources of such fatty acids in the Spanish diet. Incorporation of fluorine into organic molecules is a well-established strategy in the design of advanced materials, agrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Among numerous modern synthetic approaches, functionalization of unsaturated bonds with simultaneous addition of trifluoromethyl group along with other substituents is currently one of the most attractive methods undergoing wide-ranging development. In this review article, we discuss the most significant contributions made in this area during the last decade (2012−2021). The reactions reviewed in this work include chloro-, bromo-, iodo-, fluoro- and cyano-trifluoromethylation of alkenes and alkynes.

Vairākus gadus datubāze nav papildināta vai apsekota, trūkst informācijas par tās izstrādes principiem. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt esošo situāciju, lai uzlabotu datubāzes kvalitāti nākotnē. Darba teorētisko bāzi veido pragmatisma pieeja, “Holistiskais DB novērtēšanas modelis” un digitālo kolekciju izstrādes vadlīniju ieteikumi satura atlasē un metadatu pievienošanā. Darbā analizētas teorētiskās atziņas par digitālajām kompetencēm un to apgūšanu pamatskolā. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt, kā datorikā un informātikā apgūtās digitālās prasmes sekmē pilnvērtīgu digitālo kompetenču veidošanos pamatskolas vecuma skolēniem. Lai izpētītu pamatskolas skolēnu digitālo prasmju līmeni piecās digitālo kompetenču jomās, tika veikts pētījums 7.-9.klašu skolēniem dažādos Latvijas reģionos. Iegūtie rezultāti atklāj, kā digitālo kompetenču novērtējuma līmeni skolēniem ietekmē digitālo prasmju apguves periods, IKT daudzveidība un mācību metodes.
