The article focuses on the analysis of the understanding of “formula of happiness” of Jānis Pliekšāns (Rainis), lawyer, philosopher and the most famous Latvian poet. Rainis’ works were created at the end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th centuries. This is the time when the legal consciousness of the Latvian State was evolving and the Republic of Latvia was proclaimed (1918). Rainis’ views in the philosophy of law were significantly influenced by the theory of Marxism and the fight for rights described by Rudolf von Ihering. Our aim is to provide new insights into how executives’ cognitive processes can influence corporate business model transformation decisions. Tässä integroivassa kirjallisuuskatsauksessa selvitettiin, miten ammatillista kuntoutusta ja tuettua työllistymistä koskevassa kansainvälisessä kirjallisuudessa on jäsennetty työnantajien ja työhönvalmennuksen ammattilaisten välistä yhteistyötä ja suhdetta. Keskityimme siihen, millaiset työnantajayhteistyön toimintatavat ja strategiat on nähty toimiviksi ja miten yhteistyösuhdetta rakennetaan ja ylläpidetään. Aineiston muodostivat yksilöityjen hakukriteerien avulla valikoidut 19 tekstiä tieteellisistä aikakauslehdistä. Aineisto analysoitiin temaattisen analyysin periaatteita hyödyntäen. Jego celem jest wskazanie wartości społecznej kreowanej przez partnerów wspólnego przedsięwzięcia. Postawiono pytanie o to, jaka wartość społeczna jest tworzona we współpracy podmiotów różnych sektorów gospodarki w ramach projektów zrównoważonych oraz jaką rolę w procesie tworzenia wartości społecznej odgrywa sama współpraca międzysektorowa. W części badawczej pracy zaprezentowano studia przypadków wybranych projektów.
