A hardware skin-segmentation IP for vision based smart ADAS through an FPGA prototyping

International audience; In this paper we presents a platform based design approach for fast HW/SW embedded smart Advanced Driver Assistant System (ADAS) design and prototyping. Then, we share our experience in designing and prototyping a HW/SW vision based smart embedded system as an ADAS that helps to increase the safety of car's drivers. We present a physical prototype of the vision ADAS based on a Zynq FPGA. The system detects the fatigue state of the driver by monitoring the eyes closure and generates a real-time alert. Karjeras izglītība tika pētīta un īstenota vispārējā un speciālajā izglītībā gadu desmitiem ilgi, tāpēc joprojām ir iespējami uzlabojumi, it īpaši balstoties uz kompetenci balstītu pieeju, tiek ieviesta. Liela pētījuma daļa ir saistīta ar vispārējo izglītību vai mācību priekšmetiem kopumā. Pētot šo fenomenu, autore darba ietvaros centās sniegt ieskatu karjeras izglītības pasākumos skolēniem ar mācīšanās traucējumiem angļu valodas apguvē. L’utilizzo della cartografia nei GIS impone una riflessione sulle caratteristiche che essa deve possedere al fine di consentire le elaborazioni tipiche di questi sistemi e rende necessario verificare quali siano le informazioni che rimangono associate agli oggetti della classe al momento del caricamento dei dati, in formato DXF, all’interno di software GIS. Negli ultimi anni a livello internazionale sono state fissate norme tendenti a individuare linee guida per la definizione della struttura del contenuto semantico della cartografia numerica, delle caratteristiche geometriche e delle relazioni topologiche dell’informazione geografica.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that negatively regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level, and they have been described as being associated with tumor prognosis. Here, miRNA profiling was planned to explore new molecular prognostic biomarkers in localized intestinal high-risk GIST. Paraffin tumor blocks of 14 and 86 patients were used in the discovery and expansion sets, respectively. Causation and Effectuation in the Foreign Market Entry and Selection of Software SMEs

Current research emphasizes several factors impacting on SME internationalization. However, it remains unclear that how entrepreneurs in SMEs think and implement their internationalization and select target countries for foreign operations. In this qualitative case study, foreign market selection and entries of five Finnish software firms are analyzed by using the theory of causation and effectuation. The findings imply that software SMEs used more causation logic in their foreign market selection and effectuation logic in their foreign market entries. Tracer diffusion coefficients D* of both components were measured in mixtures of polystyrene (PS) and polymethylstyrene (PMS), a random copolymer from 60 wt.-% of m-methylstyrene and 40 wt.-% of p-methylstyrene. The results are interpreted in terms of the free-volume theory which yields master curves even for “asymmetric” mixtures of oligomer and polymer chains, if D* is drawn versus the distance from the glass transition temperature, T–Tg.
