Los ensayos que se reúnen en este libro abordan diferentes aspectos del idealismo de Hegel, con el propósito de presentar su proyecto filosófico como un cierre de algunos problemas metafísicos y epistemológicos recibidos de la tradición filosófica de la Modernidad, entre los cuales se incluyen: la constitución del saber experiencial como síntesis dialéctica de certeza y verdad, la superación de la oposición sujeto-objeto planteada por las filosofías de la conciencia, la conceptualización de la totalidad absoluta como sujeto, la unificación de razón y realidad más allá de los enfoques criticistas, y la síntesis de causalidad y teleología en la concepción especulativa de la naturaleza.

Location of solutions for quasi-linear elliptic equations with general gradient dependence

Existence and location of solutions to a Dirichlet problem driven by $(p,q)$-Laplacian and containing a (convection) term fully depending on the solution and its gradient are established through the method of subsolution-supersolution. Here we substantially improve the growth condition used in preceding works. The abstract theorem is applied to get a new result for existence of positive solutions with a priori estimates.

Virtual work must be understood as an intentional activity of a human being, aimed at rendering services (tangible and intangible), by means of ITC tools, performed in a distance from the traditional place of work, in a mobile manner. The antifungal secondary metabolite (+)-caripyrin was studied by vibrational circular dichroism spectroscopy. Analysis of the recorded data, with the Boltzmann weighted-average of the spectra calculated at the B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) level of theory for all relevant conformers, unequivocally proved the (R,R)-configuration for the dextrorotatory natural product. Based on this finding, a short enantioselective synthesis of (+)-caripyrin was developed.

One‐magnon Raman scattering in Ni c Mg 1–c O solid solutions

The one-magnon Raman scattering was studied for the first time in antiferromagnetic NicMg1–cO solid solutions as a function of temperature and composition. We found that (i) the one-magnon frequency extrapolated to T = 0 K experiences an abrupt change between c = 0.99 and c = 0.9 and (ii) the one-magnon energy for highly diluted nickel oxide vanishes significantly below the Neel temperature. High-resolution spectroscopy and analysis of the ν4 band of 80SeF6

Abstract The Fourier-transform spectrum of the ν4 bending region of 80 SeF 6 around 435 cm −1 has been recorded at a temperature of 217 K with a resolution of 2.3×10 −3 cm −1 . This fundamental has been analyzed using the set of programs called highly spherical top data system (HTDS). Altogether 958 transitions were assigned and fitted with an rms of 0.0003 cm −1 . The effective Hamiltonian was developed up to the fourth order. Parameters and simulations are presented. The ν4 band center is located at 435.099 cm −1 .

A Stieltjes Approach to Static Hedges

Static hedging of complicated payoff structures by standard instruments becomes increasingly popular in finance. The classical approach is developed for quite regular functions, while for less regular cases, generalized functions and approximation arguments are used. In this note, we discuss the regularity conditions in the classical decomposition formula due to P. Carr and D. Madan (in Jarrow ed, Volatility, pp. 417–427, Risk Publ., London, 1998) if the integrals in this formula are interpreted as Lebesgue integrals with respect to the Lebesgue measure.
