Ievads. Ķeizargrieziena operācijas prevalence populācijā ir augsta, kļūdama par visbiežāko ķirurģisko operāciju sievietēm. Tā asociējas ar diviem būtiskiem riska faktoriem: dzemdes plīsumu nākošajās grūtniecībās un mātes nāvi. Ultrasonogrāfija ieņem vadošo lomu miometrija biezuma izvērtējumā, tomēr joprojām diskutabla ir attēldiagnostisko mērījumu variabilitāte un precizitāte kā starp transabdominālo un transvaginālo Usg, tā arī starp sievietēm ar un bez rētas uz dzemdes. Ķermeņa svara kontrolēšanai visbiežāk izmantotātā metode ir svēršanās. Zinātniskās literatūras dati liecina, ka sievietes, kas cenšas zaudēt vai saglabāt nemainīgu ķermeņa svaru, veic svara paškontroli vismaz reizi nedēļā. Zinātnē pretrunīgi vērtē regulāras svara paškontroles lietderību, jo tā var radīt negatīvas sekas psihes veselībai, jo svara paškontroles rezultātā netiek diferencēta audu masa, uz kuras rēķina notiek svara izmaiņas. Darba mērķs ir izvērtēt, kā ikdienas svara fluktuācija ietekmē ķermeņa audu masas proporciju sievietēm. This article is dedicated to the history and meaning of the Catholic Song and Prayer Book for the faithful in Kłodzko county, the first edition of which appeared in 1878 and was edited by Wilhelm Kothe. The collection went through a total of six successive editions. It contained almost 200 various kinds of hymns with musical notations. They included above all old and indigenous church songs, which made the songbook very popular among the faithful in Kłodzko county. Many parishes even made a custom of offering it to children on the occasion of their first Holy Communion. Darba ietvaros Autors pēta, kā bēgļu krīze ir ietekmējusi Šengenas zonu un, kā ES un dalībvalstis reaģē, lai novērstu krīzes radītās sekas. Daudzas dalībvalstis izmanto Šengenas zonas robežu kodeksā noteiktās tiesības īslaicīgi atjaunot robežkontroli, bet citas dalībvalstis izvēlas neierastus paņēmienus, kā policijas kontroles ierīkošanu vai sētu celtniecību. Savukārt ES liek uzsvaru uz seku risināšanu, uzlabojot Frontex, kas veicinātu ārējo robežu aizsardzību. L'articolo propone uno studio sul termine φώς, spesso interpretato dagli studiosi genericamente come "uomo", o come designazione dell'uomo come eroe o guerriero. Sulla base dell'analisi delle attestazioni omeriche, il termine dovrebbe essere inteso nel senso di "persona umana", considerata fisicamente, plasticamente caratterizzata dai suoi tratti identitari. Questi ultimi lo rendono riconoscibile e lo fanno “brillare”, secondo l'etimologia più diffusa di φώς, che viene qui confermata. The Fourier transform infrared spectra of Ac-(E)-deltaAbu-NHMe were analyzed to determine the predominant solution conformation(s) of this (E)-alpha,beta-dehydropeptide-related compound and the electron density perturbation in its amide groups. The measurements were performed in dichloromethane and acetonitrile in the region of mode vs (N-H), amide I, amide II and vs (C(alpha)=Cbeta). The equilibrium geometrical parameters, calculated by a method based on the density functional theory with the B3LYP functional and the 6-31G* basis set, were used to support spectroscopic interpretation and gain some deeper insight into the molecule. Uniform rectifiability and ε-approximability of harmonic functions in Lp

Suppose that E⊂Rn+1 is a uniformly rectifiable set of codimension 1. We show that every harmonic function is ε-approximable in Lp(Ω) for every p∈(1,∞), where Ω:=Rn+1∖E. Together with results of many authors this shows that pointwise, L∞ and Lp type ε-approximability properties of harmonic functions are all equivalent and they characterize uniform rectifiability for codimension 1 Ahlfors–David regular sets. Nonconstructive proofs are a powerful mechanism in mathematics. Furthermore, nonconstructive computations by various types of machines and automata have been considered by e.g., Karp and Lipton [17] and Freivalds [11]. They allow to regard more complicated algorithms from the viewpoint of much more primitive computational devices. Search for the Decay of the Higgs Boson to Charm Quarks with the ATLAS Experiment

A direct search for the standard model Higgs boson decaying to a pair of charm quarks is presented. Associated production of the Higgs and Z bosons, in the decay mode ZH→ℓ+ℓ−c¯c is studied. A data set with an integrated luminosity of 36.1 fb−1 of pp collisions at √s=13TeV recorded by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC is used. The H→c¯c signature is identified using charm-tagging algorithms. The observed (expected) upper limit on σ(pp→ZH)×B(H→c¯c) is 2.7 (3.9+2.1−1.1) pb at the 95% confidence level for a Higgs boson mass of 125 GeV, while the standard model value is 26 fb.
