The article addresses the so-called principle of speciality referred to in Article 607e of the Criminal Procedures Code in connection with Article 27 of the Council Framework Decision of 13 June 2002 no. 2002/584/JHA on the European arrest warrant and the surrender procedures between Member States, and the exception to that rule specified in Article 607e § 3, item 2 CPC and Article 27(3)(a) of the EAW Decision. Background: To identify the sociodemographic variables independently related to the different dimensions of the Prosthesis Evaluation Questionnaire (PEQ).
