Abstract Intensive Care Units (ICU) medical staff is frequently subject of great amount of psychological and physical occupational pressure. There are three main sources of pressure: professional responsability for the medical act, organizational requirements and interpersonal/intrapersonal relationships. Virtuelle 3-D-Laparoskopie-Simulation in der chirurgischen Aus- und Weiterbildung – Ergebnisse einer Pilotstudie

Hintergrund: Dem technischen Fortschritt folgend, werden im Operationssaal Module zur 3-dimensionalen Darstellung in der Laparoskopie eingesetzt. Erste Untersuchungen an Box-Trainern haben diskrepante Ergebnisse gezeigt. Fur die Virtual-Reality-Laparoskopie (VRL) fehlen Daten zur 3-dimensionalen Simulation. Material und Methoden: 5 Facharzte fur Chirurgie, 10 chirurgisch tatige Arzte in Weiterbildung und 29 Medizinstudenten fuhrten abstrakte und prozedurale Ubungen am VRL-Simulator im 2-D- und 3-D-Modus durch. Cytostatic anticancer drugs are known as carcinogenic, mutagenic, and teratogenic risk factors for health care workers occupationally exposed. It has been demonstrated that the administration of interleukin-15 in rat models of colon carcinoma protects against chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal toxicities. We found that occupational exposure to chemotherapeutic antiblastic agents in vivo modified circulating levels of interleukin-15 in 17 health care workers exposed to antineoplastic drugs in relation to their jobs and in as many healthy age- and sex-matched subjects. Con la sentenza n. 2315/2020 la Suprema Corte ha affermato il principio che l’accertamento dell’anzianità di servizio conseguente ad un trasferimento d’azienda può essere affrontato nell’ambito del rito speciale di impugnazione del licenziamento introdotto dalla L. n. 92/2012. Yhä useampi suomalainen vanhustyöntekijä harkitsee nykyisen työnsä lopettamis-ta. Artikkelin mukaan työntekijöiden psykofyysinen kuormitus on selvästi keskeisin lopettamisaikeita ennustava tekijä. Lisäksi lopettamisaikeita ennustavat epäkohdat työn sisällössä ja lähijohtamisessa. Nuoret, yrityksissä työskentelevät, osa-aikatyötä tekevät ja yli kahden vuoden hoitotyön koulutuksen saaneet vanhustyöntekijät har-kitsivat työnsä lopettamista muita vastaajia tavallisemmin. Purpose : Esteya and Valencia surface applicators are designed to treat skin tumors using brachytherapy. In clinical practice, in order to avoid errors that may affect the treatment outcome, there are two issues that need to be carefully addressed. First, the selected applicator for the treatment should provide adequate margin for the target, and second, the applicator has to be precisely positioned before each treatment fraction.
