We present the implementation of a quadratically convergent self-consistent field (QCSCF) algorithm based on an adaptive trust-radius optimisation scheme for restricted open-shell Hartree���Fock (ROHF), restricted Hartree���Fock (RHF), and unrestricted Hartree���Fock (UHF) references. The algorithm can exploit Cholesky decomposition (CD) of the two-electron integrals to allow calculations on larger systems. Endoluminal stent-graft relining of visceral artery bypass grafts to treat perigraft seroma.

Purpose: To describe the endovascular treatment of intra-abdominal perigraft seromas associated with small-caliber expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) grafts. Case Reports: Two patients who underwent hybrid repair of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms in which renovisceral bypass grafts were implanted presented with large, symptomatic perigraft seromas. The 5- to 8-mm-diameter ePTFE bypass grafts believed to be involved in the seromas were successfully relined with self-expanding Viabahn stentgrafts in percutaneous procedures. Musiikin positiivisia vaikutuksia ihmisen hyvinvointiin ja oppimiseen liittyen on tutkittu erityisesti musiikkiterapian saralla. Musiikin on todettu edistävän esimerkiksi psyykkistä hyvinvointia, motoriikkaa ja kielenkehitystä. Pro gradu -tutkielmassani perehdyn musiikin hyödyntämiseen ja sen mahdollisuuksiin erityisopetuksen näkökulmasta. Aiempien tutkimusten lisäksi musiikin käyttömahdollisuuksia selvitettiin myös erityisopettajille teetetyn kyselyn avulla. Kyselyyn vastasi yhteensä 240 erityisopettajaa, joista 163 toimi varhaiskasvatuksessa ja 76 peruskouluikäisten lasten parissa. Since its inception in December 2006, the EuroCTO Club has strived to provide the framework for state-of-the-art chronic total occlusion (CTO) percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in Europe and nearby regions. Among its initiatives, the EuroCTO Club has published a set of recommendations regarding the technical aspects of CTO PCI, whose last edition dates to 2012. The EuroCTO Club consensus document discusses CTO PCI clinical indications, techniques and equipment use, as well as the qualifications of operators/centres.
