The Code of Albanian Customary Law has drawn the attention of foreign and Albanian scholars for the past one hundred years. Inspired by different interests, scholars have approached this subject in different ways using various studying methods. Such studies range from the ethno-cultural and anthropological approaches of Positivist descent to the politically correct Gender Studies of the present day. AbstractThis chapter analyzes the discursive construction of nationality and ethnicity in the context of the Overwatch World Cup 2019 and especially among the discussions of the world cup’s spectators on the live-streaming platform Twitch. Drawing on the positioning theory and the concept of banal nationalism, our study demonstrates how esports fans are active negotiators and co-creators of the esports discourse. The analysis illustrates what kind of role nationality and ethnicity take in this environment, in other words what they come to mean for those participating in the discourses defining them.
A Catalyst Designed for the Enantioselective Construction of Methyl- and Alkyl-Substituted Tertiary Stereocenters

Tertiary methyl-substituted stereocenters are present in numerous biologically active natural products. Reported herein is a catalytic enantioselective method for accessing these chiral building blocks using the Mukaiyama-Michael reaction between silyl ketene thioacetals and acrolein. To enable remote enantioface control on the nucleophile, a new iminium catalyst, optimized by three-parameter tuning and by identifying substituent effects on enantioselectivity, was designed. Tutkielma tarkastelee hulluuden nimeämistä ja nimeämisen syitä Arto Paasilinnan Ulvova mylläri -romaanin (1981) kuvaamassa maailmassa. Teoreettiselta viitekehykseltään ja menetelmiltään tutkielma on yhteiskunnallisesti ja monitieteisesti orientoitunutta kulttuurintutkimusta ja kulttuurista mielenterveystutkimusta. Molecules of the title compound, C7H7FN2O2, are composed of a nitramine group which is twisted with the respect to the aromatic ring, with an N—N—C—C torsion angle of −117.38 (12)°. In the molecule, the N—N bond length [1.3510 (15) Å] indicates some double-bond character, while the angle between the aromatic ring and the nitramine group rules out further delocalization in the molecule. In the crystal, C—H...F hydrogen bonds connect the molecules intoC11(6) chains along theaaxis. C—H...O hydrogen bonds form, which featureR22(12) loops and further connect these chains.
Reactivity of asymmetric benzo-condensed diazines with nitrilimine dipoles in the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions

The reactivity of asymmetric benzo-condensed diazines in the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions with nitrilimines was investigated. The results demonstrated that, at variance with the symmetric quinoxaline, a certain grade of diastereoselectivity emerged. Moreover in the case of the 5-methylquinoxaline and quinazoline a mono-cycloadduct was obtained.
Diels–Alder reaction of β-fluoro-β-nitrostyrenes with cyclic dienes

The Diels–Alder reaction of β-fluoro-β-nitrostyrenes with cyclic 1,3-dienes was investigated. A series of novel monofluorinated norbornenes was prepared in up to 97% yield. The reaction with 1,3-cyclohexadiene permits the preparation of monofluorinated bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2-enes. The kinetic data of the reactions with 1,3-cyclopentadiene and 1,3-cyclohexadiene were used to calculate activation parameters. Furthermore, the synthetic utility of the cycloadducts obtained was demonstrated.

Šī pētījuma mērķis ir veikt teorētisko un empīrisko izpēti par vecāku kompetences, kauna un vainas izjūtas saistību strādājošu un nestrādājošu māšu grupās. Mūsdienās sievietes bieži pēc bērnu piedzimšanas izvēlas turpināt strādāt algotu darbu, taču nereti šī izvēle tiek nosodīta, ja bērns vēl ir mazs. Veicot teorētisko izpēti, tika pārskatīti raksti par mātes tēlu sabiedrībā, kā zinātniskajos žurnālos, tā arī zinātniskajā literatūrā. Pētījumā piedalījās 165 sievietes, kurām ir viens bērns vecumā no 1,5 - 3 gadiem. Pētījumā tika izmantotas divas aptaujas: Vecāku kompetences izjūtas skala un Kauna un vainas ievirzes skala.
