Maģistra darba tēma ir „Celiakijas slimnieku un bezglutēna diētas piekritēju identitātes. Patēriņa un dzīvesstila atšķirību analīze”. Tēmas aktualitāte ir saistāma ar labjūtes (wellness) industrijas attīstību pasaulē un Latvijā, tajā starpā, bezglutēna diētas ievērošanu nemedicīnisku iemeslu dēļ, kā arī ar patērētāju identitātes veidošanu caur uzturu, ko tie ikdienā uzņem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā izmantoti identitātes, dzīvesstila, patēriņa un labjūtes jēdzieni, kā arī tiek skatīta patērētāju kultūras ietekme uz identitāti. The availability of experimental information on solid distribution inside stirred tanks is a topic of great importance in several industrial applications. The measurement of solid particle distribution in turbulent multiphase flow is not simple and the development of suitable measurement techniques is still in progress. In this work a novel non-intrusive technique for measuring particle concentration fields in solid-liquid systems is employed. The technique makes use of a laser sheet, a high sensitivity digital camera for image acquisition and a Matlab procedure for post-processing the acquired images. In the present work, the fermentation of simultaneous production of ethanol and levan by Zymomonas mobilis grown on different growth media has been studied. Yeast extract, rye stillage or sugar beet molasses stillage were used as additives to the basic sucrose media and the chemical composition, including vitamins, of the cultivation liquids have been determined. It has been shown that 0.5 % of yeast extract dry weight additive could be substituted by 10.0 % of native stillage additive. It was established that molasses stillage stimulates the ethanol synthesis, but rye stillage additive is more preferable for levan production. Yrjö Karilas (1891–1982) teki mittavan uran Nuorten miesten kristillisen yhdistyksen (NMKY) poikatyön kehittäjänä, nuortenkirjallisuuteen erikoistuneena kustannussihteerinä WSOY:llä sekä nuorille suunnattujen teosten kirjoittajana. Tässä artikkelissa tarkennan katseeni Karilaan nuorisokasvatustyöhön 1920- ja 1930-luvuilla, joka oli aktiivisin kausi hänen urallaan. Huolen sävyttämää keskustelua nuorisosta oli käyty jo 1800-luvun lopulta lähtien, mutta etenkin sisällissota muovasi ilmapiirin otolliseksi uusille ideoille nuorisokasvatuksen piirissä. The text of the three Catalan editions of «Història de les amors de París i Viana», published in Barcelona and Girona in the last decade of the fifteenth century, shows a linguistic orientation towards Castilian and Italian onomastics.
