The aim of this paper is to analyze the spatial changes in the Dijon urban area (COMADI) by studying in particular the new tendencies of localization of the high order producer services. Our results display a multicentric structure of the COMADI which exhibits several employment poles. Not only the economic composition of these poles differs between the central pole and the peripheral ones but this composition changes over the study period (1990-1999). New localization logics appear for the high order services : if the historical center remains specialized in financial activities, insurance and real estate (FIRE), the other producer services are more likely to be localized in the periphery.…

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtēt līdzšinējo detālplānojumu izstrādes un īstenošanas praksi Pierīgā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā pilnveidei. Darbā vērtēti triju Pierīgas novadu: Ķekavas, Babītes un Mārupes teritorijas plānošanas dokumenti attiecībā uz detālplānojumu izstrādi, darbā pēc noteiktiem kritērijiem raksturoti un analizēti minētajās Pierīgas pašvaldībās dažādos laika posmos izstrādātie detālplānojumi un to īstenošana, un ietekme uz pašvaldību attīstību. Galvenie maģistra darba rezultāti ir darba noslēgumā sniegtie priekšlikumi detālplānošanas prakses uzlabošanai, kā arī secinājumi.

International audience; This paper investigates the spatial distribution of employment in the region of Ile-de-France in 1978 and 1997. Exploratory spatial data analysis is used to identify employment centres and a sectoral analysis of the central business district (CBD) and sub-centres is performed. The results highlight a process of suburbanisation of employment in Ile-de-France between 1978 and 1997. A more polarised space emerges in 1997 than in 1978, with several employment centres specialised in different activities. The present article is attempting to identify if the automobile, which took part in development of periurban spaces but which causes strong disparities of mobility between households, according to their incomes and of their age, leads to exclude an increasing part of the population in this spaces. We looked more closely into not-motorized population but also motorized households, of modest income or older age, for which cost or physical requirements of automobile mobility are too high. espanolEste articulo tiene como objetivo mostrar los restos ineditos de un espacio domestico situado en los suburbia de Valentia, a menos de 1 km del pomoerium, de caracteristicas unicas en la ciudad. Se trata de una serie de estancias pavimentadas con mosaicos de opus tessellatum, decorados con motivos geometricos y vegetales bicromos de gran calidad. Destaca la presencia de un peristilo trapezoidal como espacio redistribuidor. Data gathered administering SCL-90-R (Spanish version) and a scale developed to assess Capacity to Forgive (CAPER) are presented. The study was carried out on a sample of 107 outpatients from Buenos Aires city and its suburban area (64 % women, 36 % men; average age: 36 years old) from a private Mental Health Center. A significant statistical negative correlation (Pearson r) was found between forgiveness and presence of psychopathological symptoms.
