Development of Methods for the Determination of Ts, T3s and Sterols in Vegetable Oils

In this work, a CEC method using methacrylate ester-based monolithic columns was developed to determine Ts and T3s present in edible oils. The potential of this method to evaluate olive oil adulteration with lower-cost oils of a different botanical origin was also investigated. For these purposes, the following vegetable oils were used: soybean, sunflower, grapeseed, EVOO (Coosur), hazelnut (Guinama), corn (Hacendado) and red palm (Blue Bay).

In the present study, composition and morphology of cuticular waxes of northern wild berry species bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), lingonberry (V. vitis-idaea L.), bog bilberry (V. uliginosum L.) and crowberry (Empetrum nigrum L.) were investigated. International audience; A l’occasion de cette communication, je me propose d’aborder le thème de la rencontre entre Thérèse d’Avila et un de ses maîtres spirituels indirects, le Franciscain andalou Francisco de Osuna. C’est à travers la lecture du Troisième Abécédaire spirituel (1527) ―ouvrage rédigé dans un contexte polémique marqué par la récente condamnation de l’illuminisme par l’Inquisition de Tolède (1525)― que la jeune Thérèse s’est initiée en 1538 à l’oraison de Recueillement. Après une présentation rapide de la vie et de l’œuvre prolifique ―Abécédaires castillans et sermonnaires latins― de ce maître spirituel et prédicateur très apprécié au XVIème siècle, je tâcherai de donner une …
