International audience; L’objectif de cet article est de cerner le caractère stratégique de la logistique et du Supply Chain Management (SCM) tel qu’il apparaît dans les revues généralistes de gestion, afin d’avoir une vision de la nature de la diffusion de la connaissance logistique dans les sciences de gestion. Il s’appuie sur l’analyse de 62 articles parus entre 2001 et 2011 dans quatre revues de la base Cairn, accessible en ligne dans la plupart des universités : Gestion, Revue Française de Gestion, Management et Avenir, La Revue des Sciences de Gestion.

Situational awareness of maritime vessels in ice conditions is important for the operation of supply chains. In the artic sea areas, the ice conditions pose a major challenge for maritime vessels getting stuck in the ice and being significantly delayed in arrival to harbor. Data science and open data provide new opportunities to overcome these challenges. Orientacja procesowa w zarządzaniu publicznym łańcuchem dostaw

W artykule podjęto problematykę możliwości wdrożenia orientacji procesowej do zarządzania publicznym łańcuchem dostaw. Wskazano na znaczenie uwarunkowań polityczno-prawnych, wyznaczających system celów i tworzących ramy realizacji zadań publicznych. Pokazano, że istotne znaczenie ma identyfikacja procesów podstawowych i wspomagających oraz koordynacja styków w łańcuchu tworzenia wartości publicznej. Podkreślono wagę wyznaczania jednostek odpowiedzialnych za realizację procesu, zwłaszcza w kontekście mnogości podmiotów, w tym prywatnych, realizujących świadczenia publiczne.
