Transport mechanism of peptides through supported liquid membranes

The transport of selected dipeptides through supported liquid membranes impregnated with di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid in n-dihexyletherhas been investigated. The fluxes depend on the side chain of amino acids, presence in the peptide structure. The highest fluxes were obtainedfor the peptides extracted with the highest efficiency. It has been found that the hydrophobicity of investigated peptides, was not the major factor, influences their SLM permeation. In the conditions studied, it has been observed that the transport of peptide–carrier complex was depending on the acidic–basic properties of the analyte. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää nuorten kouluyhteisössä syntyvien kokemusten ja liikkumisen välisiä yhteyksiä. Kokemuksellisuutta tarkastellaan nuorten kokeman sosiaalisen tuen sekä subjektiivisen sosiaalisen aseman näkökulmista. Sosiaalinen tuki koostuu yläkoululaisten kokemuksista opettajan ja oppilaan välisistä suhteista, oppilaiden keskinäisistä suhteista sekä vanhemmilta saadusta tuesta. Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin sähköisenä kyselynä keväällä 2015, ja tutkimukseen osallistui 2 026 yläkoululaista. Health recommendations state that for young elderly systematic physical activi-ties at moderate intensity for at least 150 minutes per week are required to help them stay in good shape for their senior years. We have found that young elderly readily gets started with a physical activity (PA) program but there is some challenge to make them stay with this program. We have learned that a PA program should build on activities that users find meaningful and/or best suited for their history of PA and their present physical capacity. Motorisen oppimisen vaikeudella, kuten kehityksellisellä koordinaatiohäiriöllä (DCD), tarkoitetaan huomattavaa vaikeutta oppia uusia motorisia taitoja ja soveltaa jo opittuja taitoja uusiin tilanteisiin. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli kehittää opettajien käyttöön havainnointityökalu, joka auttaa tunnistamaan motorisen oppimisen vaikeuden esi- ja alkuopetusikäisillä lapsilla. Lisäksi tutkimus selvitti, miten opettajat voivat kouluympäristössä tukea lapsia, joilla on haasteita motorisessa oppimisessa. Tutkimus muodostui neljästä osatutkimuksesta.
