W artykule opisano zmagania górnośląskich nauczycieli w dążeniu do zapewnienia im stabilizacji społeczno-ekonomicznej na przykładzie miasta Bytomia w województwie śląskim. Przedstawiono liczbę protestujących placówek edukacyjnych oraz podano przybliżoną liczbę bytomskich nauczycieli biorących udział w ogólnopolskim zrywie nauczycielskim. Określono ogólne przyczyny niezadowolenia środowiska nauczycielskiego z istniejącej sytuacji w systemie edukacji, mającej bezpośredni wpływ na podjęcie akcji protestacyjnej. Do teachers’ professional vision and teaching experience always go hand in hand? Examining knowledge-based reasoning of Finnish Grade 1 teachers

This mixed-method study explored 54 Finnish Grade 1 teachers' professional vision and teaching experience. Teachers' retrospective think-aloud interviews, conducted while watching their eye-tracking recordings of classroom actions, were analysed according to the domains of knowledge-based reasoning. Negative associations between teaching experience and amount of knowledge-based reasoning were found. The qualitative examination of three teachers with different amounts of teaching experience provided concrete examples and broadened the findings. Pre-service teachers’ self-efficacy in implementing inclusive practices and resilience in Finland

This study aims to explore Finnish pre-service teachers' self-efficacy in implementing inclusive education and their resilience. Survey data were collected from 105 pre-service teachers studying in a teacher education programme in one university in Finland. The relationships between pre-service teachers' self-efficacy in implementing inclusive practices, their perceived resilience, and background variables were examined using structural equation modelling. The results confirmed a three-factor structure for self-efficacy in implementing inclusive practices among the pre-service teachers. Data on stakeholders’ attitudes and factors relevant for the implementation of Internet-based prevention programmes are scarce.
