Nell’ultimo ventennio gli studi sulla Self-Efficacy hanno sempre più indagato le percezioni degli insegnanti e come queste influenzano, non solo il loro modo di lavorare, ma soprattutto gli esiti di apprendimento e il senso di autoefficacia degli allievi. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie i omówienie wybranych technik, za pomocą których można z powodzeniem kształcić umiejętność słuchania na lekcjach L1. Autorka jako pierwsze omawia techniki, o których w latach 90. pisali lingwodydaktycy – Tadeusz Patrzałek i Maria Nagajowa, następnie prezentuje wybrane techniki glottodydaktyczne, które, po ich dostosowaniu do specyfiki słuchania w L1, można wykorzystać na lekcjach języka polskiego jako ojczystego. Autorka wychodzi z założenia, że integracja koncepcji lingwo- i glottodydaktycznych może przyczynić się do skutecznego i świadomego kształcenia umiejętności słuchania na lekcjach języka polskiego jako ojczystego.

AbstractThis article presents an overview of student difficulties in an introductory functional programming (FP) course taught in Haskell. The motivation for this study stems from our belief that many student difficulties can be alleviated by understanding the underlying causes of errors and by modifying the educational approach and, possibly, the teaching language accordingly. We analyze students' exercise submissions and categorize student errors according to compiler error messages and then manually according to the observed underlying cause. Lecturing is known to be a controversial form of teaching. With massed classrooms, in particular, it tends to constrain the active participation of students. One of the remedies applied to programming education is to use technology that can vitalize interaction in the classroom, while another is to base teaching increasingly on programming activities. This paper describes the combination of a wiki and screen capture videos as a complementary addition to conventional lectures in an information management and information systems development course. Our basis was collaborative problem-based learning with the problems defined by students. The idea was that students were expected to find concepts or issues from four lecture themes which are not well-defined or clarified for them. In Finland the “Isoverstas” (formely ISOverkosto) network of schools coordinates the development of upper secondary distance learning services. The community actually is quite extensive with 65 member schools. In this paper we introduce the results related using synchronous and asynchronous online video resources for distance teaching. The topic is approached broadly at the level of schools and different support services as well as the pedagogical practices of individual teachers. Towards Computer-based Exams in CS1

Even though IDEs are often a central tool when learning to program in CS1, many teachers still lean on paper-based exams. In this study, we examine the “test mode effect” in CS1 exams using the Rainfall problem. The test mode was two-phased. Half of the participants started working on the problem with pen and paper, while the other half had access to an IDE. After submitting their solution, all students could rework their solution on an IDE. The experiment was repeated twice during subsequent course instances. The results were mixed. Along with other cultural organizations, newspapers, through waves of digital disruption, have become subject to a dominant narrative of crisis. But newspapers have long participated in change. A constructivist approach, qualified by consideration of media materiality, draws attention to diverse but essential processes of innovation around them.
