Joukkuetavoitteita tutkittaessa lähtökohtana on ollut, että kaikki pelaajat mieltävät yhteisen tavoitteen samalla tavalla. Yhdessä tutkimuksessa kuitenkin havaittiin että useassa joukkueessa vallitsi erilaisia käsityksiä yhteisestä tavoitteesta, joten ilmiö saattaa olla oletettua yleisempi. In this study, we analyzed the barriers to technology-supported intergenerational innovation to understand better how young and old can collaborate towards global innovations. Researchers in different disciplines have already identified various barriers to intergenerational collaboration. However, barriers are changing depending on the context of collaboration, and difficulties still exist to support intergenerational innovation in global settings. Abstract The present paper highlights, from a theoretical perspective, the main challenges which aim work performance, inside meta- analytical research studies in organizations, focusing, especially, on factors and organizational concepts, directly related to performance and their relations within. Results show that, in most cases, human resources oriented management resides in an increase of performance at work. In this manner, team effectiveness, group size and proactive behavior determine and influence the levels of work performance, from a positive perspective, whilst turnover is widely associated with a negative view.

Treatment of purified Rubisco with agents that specifically oxidize cysteine-thiol groups causes catalytic inactivation and increased proteolytic sensitivity of the enzyme. It has been suggested that these redox properties may sustain a mechanism of regulating Rubisco activity and turnover during senescence or stress. Current research efforts are addressing the structural basis of the redox modulation of Rubisco and the identification of critical cysteines. Redox shifts result in Rubisco conformational changes as revealed by the alteration of its proteolytic fragmentation pattern upon oxidation. Maģistra darba tēma “Starpdisciplinārās komandas sadarbības modelis bērnu psihoneiroloģiskajā slimnīcā”. Tēmas aktualitāte saistās ar identificēto problēmu, ka stacionāros ārstēšanas procesā nav iesaistīta starpdisciplinārā komanda. Pētījuma mērķis izvērtēt starpdisciplinārās komandas sadarbības modeļa efektivitāti bērnu psihoneiroloģiskajā slimnīcā. Izvirzīti pētījuma jautājumi: kā starpdisciplinārās komandas dalībnieki vērtē savstarpējo sadarbību komandā un kā veicināt sadarbības modeļa efektivitāti. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētījuma instrumenti - daļēji strukturēta intervija un fokusgrupas intervija. Pētījumā piedalījās 18 starpdisciplinārās komandas dalībnieki.…
