Tarkastelemme tässä artikkelissa, mitä oppilaat, opettajat ja opettajaopiskelijat raportoivat oppineensa yhdessä toteuttamassaan monialaisessa oppimiskokonaisuudessa, johon osallistuivat erään yhtenäiskoulun kaikki 5.–8. luokan oppilaat. Oppimiskokonaisuuden aihe oli terve elämä ja sitä opiskeltiin viikon ajan ikäsekoitteisissa ryhmissä tutkivan oppimisen keinoin ja monilukutaitoa harjaannuttaen. Tutkimusaineisto koostuu 250 oppilaan, 25 opettajan ja 23 opettajaopiskelijan laadullisista itsearvioinneista, ja se analysoitiin laadullisen aineistolähtöisen teoriaohjaavan sisällönanalyysin keinoin. Whereas cross-sectional research has shown that transformational leadership, task interdependence, and self-efficacy are positively related to teachers’ engagement in reflective learning activities, the causal direction of these relations needs further inquiry. Identifying the factors associated with prosocial and antisocial behaviors in youth sport may provide evidence to inform interventions aimed at promoting prosocial behaviors and minimizing rule transgressions in young athletes.
