The aim of the present study was to examine how team composition of players with different roles constrains individual and collective tactical behaviours, and ball possession effectiveness, during competitive 3 vs 3 small-sided and conditioned games (SSCGs) in youth soccer players. Attributions by team members for team outcomes in finnish working life

This study focuses on teamwork in Finnish working life. Through a wide cross-section of teams the study examines the causes to which team members attribute the outcomes of their teams. Qualitative data was collected from 314 respondents. They wrote 616 stories to describe memorable experiences of success and failure in teamwork. The stories revealed 1930 explanations. The findings indicate that both favorable and unfavorable team outcomes are perceived as being caused by the characteristics of team members, relationships between members, team communication, team structure, team goals, team leadership, and external forces. A comparison of the effects of transactional and transformational leadership in synchronous and a synchronous online teamwork was conducted. In the study, groups of four participants interacted in online text chat and online text forum in problem solving tasks. The groups were leaded by a confederate who acted as a transactional or a transformational leader. Satisfaction in the interactions and participations communicative styles were assessed. Results indicated that transformational leadership is more satisfying and cognitive and metacognitive style oriented than transactional leadership that is more participative style oriented.

Tässä kirjallisuuskatsaukseen perustuvassa artikkelissa kuvaamme viime vuosikymmenen aikana tehtyä työelämän tiimien tuloksellisuuteen keskittyvää tutkimusta. Analysoimme 38 kansainvälistä empiiristä artikkelia, joissa on tarkasteltu tiimin sisäisen vuorovaikutuksen yhteyksiä tiimin tuloksellisuuteen. Tavoitteenamme oli selvittää, millaisia tiimin tuloksellisuuden ja vuorovaikutustekijöiden välisiä yhteyksiä on tutkittu ja millaisin menetelmin. Halusimme analysoida tutkimusaluetta kriittisesti ja tuoda esiin, millaiset aiheet ovat jääneet vaille tarkastelua.
