Con la sentenza 141/2019 la Corte costituzionale ha dichiarato non fondata la questione di legittimità costituzionale dei reati di “reclutamento” e di “favoreggiamento” della prostituzione, proposta dalla Corte d’Appello di Bari. A partire dalla vicenda oggetto di giudizio, e dopo una preliminare indagine sui modelli di regolamentazione normativa della prostituzione volontaria e sui dubbi di legittimità costituzionale espressi dalla ordinanza di remissione, ci si sofferma su taluni aspetti critici della decisione. Common fixed points in cone metric spaces for $MK$-pairs and $L$-pairs

In this paper we introduce some contractive conditions of Meir-Keeler type for a pair of mappings, called $MK$-$pair$ and $L\textrm{-}pair$, in the framework of cone metric spaces and we prove theorems which assure existence and uniqueness of common fixed points for $MK$-$pairs$ and $L \textrm{-}pairs$. As an application we obtain a result of common fixed point of a $p$-$MK$-pair, a mapping and a multifunction, in complete cone metric spaces. These results extend and generalize well-known comparable results in the literature.
(H,ρ)-induced dynamics and large time behaviors

In some recent papers, the so called (H,ρ)-induced dynamics of a system S whose time evolution is deduced adopting an operatorial approach, borrowed in part from quantum mechanics, has been introduced. Here, H is the Hamiltonian for S, while ρ is a certain rule applied periodically (or not) on S. The analysis carried on throughout this paper shows that, replacing the Heisenberg dynamics with the (H,ρ)-induced one, we obtain a simple, and somehow natural, way to prove that some relevant dynamical variables of S may converge, for large t, to certain asymptotic values. We identify a class of dressed atom-photon states formingat the same energy of the atom at any coupling strength. As a hallmark, their photonic component is an eigenstate of the bare photonic bath with a vacancy in place of the atom. The picture accommodates waveguide-QED phenomena where atoms behave as perfect mirrors, connecting in particular dressed bound states (BS) in the continuum or BIC with geometrically-confined photonic modes. AbstractCopepods of the genera Calanus and Pseudocalanus are important components of Arctic marine ecosystems. Despite the key roles of these zooplankters, little is known about the organisms they interact with most intimately, their parasites and symbionts. We applied metabarcode sequencing to uncover eukaryotic parasites present within these two copepod genera from three areas around the high Arctic archipelago of Svalbard. Common fixed points of g-quasicontractions and related mappings in 0-complete partial metric spaces

Abstract Common fixed point results are obtained in 0-complete partial metric spaces under various contractive conditions, including g-quasicontractions and mappings with a contractive iterate. In this way, several results obtained recently are generalized. Examples are provided when these results can be applied and neither corresponding metric results nor the results with the standard completeness assumption of the underlying partial metric space can. Extensions and corona decompositions of low-dimensional intrinsic Lipschitz graphs in Heisenberg groups

This note concerns low-dimensional intrinsic Lipschitz graphs, in the sense of Franchi, Serapioni, and Serra Cassano, in the Heisenberg group $\mathbb{H}^n$, $n\in \mathbb{N}$. For $1\leq k\leq n$, we show that every intrinsic $L$-Lipschitz graph over a subset of a $k$-dimensional horizontal subgroup $\mathbb{V}$ of $\mathbb{H}^n$ can be extended to an intrinsic $L'$-Lipschitz graph over the entire subgroup $\mathbb{V}$, where $L'$ depends only on $L$, $k$, and $n$. We further prove that $1$-dimensional intrinsic $1$-Lipschitz graphs in $\mathbb{H}^n$, $n\in \mathbb{N}$, admit corona decompositions by intrinsic Lipschitz graphs with smaller Lipschitz constants. Abstract We give a sufficient condition for coefficients of double series Σ Σ n,m an,m χ n,m with respect to Vilenkin system to be convergent to zero when n + m → ∞. This result can be applied to the problem of recovering coefficients of a Vilenkin series from its sum.
