Increased joint mobility is a risk factor for joint injury, but muscle function may be able to compensate for it. Current evidence suggests reduced force production capacity in people with hypermobility. However, little is known about the lumbar spine. Objectives: The aim of this prospective study was to examine the utility of an integrated model comprising constructs from self-determination theory (SDT) and the theory of planned behavior (TPB) in predicting adherence to a post-surgery rehabilitation program in patients receiving anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv izmaiņas pēc kreatīvās mākslas programmas personas uztvertā stresa līmenī, apmierinātībā ar dzīvi un pozitīvo un negatīvo afektu rādītājos. Pētījuma jautājums – vai pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas izmaiņas uztvertā stresa, apmierinātības ar dzīvi, un pozitīvā un negatīvā afekta radītājos pirms un pēc kreatīvās mākslas programmas? Pētījuma eksperimentālajā grupā piedalījās 14 respondenti, kontrolgrupā - 26. Pētījuma dalībnieki bija sievietes agrīnā un vidēja brieduma vecumā no 19 līdz 63 gadiem (M= 35,3 SD=10,69).
