Bakalaura darbā ir apskatītas pētnieciskās uzvedības pārmaiņas, kā arī reproduktīvās spējas pēc stresa ietekmes uz Lidijas strupasti Microtus hartingi lydius dažādos ontoģenēzes posmos: prenatālajā periodā un agrīnajā postnatālajā periodā. Stresa ietekme tika izdarīta uz grūsnu mātīti, uz mātīti laktācijas periodā un mazuļiem pirmajās 10 dienās pēc dzimšanas. Kad strupastes sasniedza 60 dienu vecumu, tika pētīta dzīvnieku uzvedība “atklātā lauka testā”. Tika izveidota un pārbaudīta testā arī kontroles grupa. GISTs express a growth factor receptor with tyrosine kinase function, which causes cellular proliferation and resistance to apoptosis. GISTs are generally found in the stomach (40-70%), and less commonly in the small intestine, colon-rectum, esophagus and peritoneum. Can a cheat sheet in an EFL test engage and empower students?

Although occasionally used in language classrooms, cheat-sheet tests have not been explored in foreign or second language education research. This study experimented with cheat-sheet tests in the teaching of EFL in a Finnish upper secondary school. The participants, 101 students, could make a cheat sheet for the grammar part of their English test. A total of 92 students prepared the cheat sheet, nine did not. Students’ cheat sheets, test results and comments constituted the data for this study, analysed both qualitatively and quantitatively. Multiple mini-interviews as a selection tool for initial teacher education admissions

This study investigates the reliability of multiple mini interviews (MMIs) to select students for classroom and special education teacher programs (n = 418) using intraclass correlations and cross-classified multilevel modeling. The results indicated mostly small effects of clustering of applicants to different interviewers and five-station circuits. The largest variance components in the MMI total score were for applicants (63.3%) and measurement error (20.6%), while the variance component for the interviewer was relatively small (11.6–14.4%). Sensorimotoro funkciju novērtēšana cilindra un stūra testā pelēm pēc modelēta insulta

Insults ir akūta neiroloģiska disfunkcija, kas izraisa neiroloģiskas, sensorimotoras un uzvedības izmaiņas. Lai izprastu insulta patoloģiskos mehānismus un izstrādātu jaunas terapijas, insults tiek modelēts eksperimentāli. Stūra un cilindra uzvedības testus izmanto, lai novērtētu sensorimotorās funkcijas grauzējiem. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtēt cilindra un stūra testa pielietojumu modelēta insulta gadījumā pelēm divu mēnešu periodā. Pētījumā secināts - lai mazinātu peļu pierašanu un neaktivitāti, cilindra un stūra testus ieteicams veikt pārmaiņus, kā arī ne pārāk bieži.
