National audience; Echinococcus multilocularis (Em) est un parasite responsable chez l'homme d'une maladie grave : l'échinococcose alvéolaire. La contamination humaine peut se produire par ingestion accidentelle d'œufs du parasite. Un programme européen d'épidémiosurveillance, EchinoRisk, est actuellement en cours. En France, ce programme, mené conjointement par l'ERZ (Entente interdépartementale de lutte contre la rage et autres zoonoses) et l'AFSSA (Agence française de sécurité sanitaire des aliments), a permis jusqu'à présent de collecter 5 820 échantillons localisés de fèces de renards. À ce jour, 2 305 échantillons ont été analysés parmi lesquels 62 ont révélé la présence du parasite. …

Le cheminement des étudiantsdans les écoles supérieures d’art

International audience; L’article porte sur le cheminement des étudiants des écoles supérieures d’art (autrefois écoles des beaux-arts).Il s’agit tout d’abord de présenter les singularités de l’enseignement supérieur artistique par rapport aux autressecteurs de l’enseignement supérieur. Dans un deuxième temps, le recensement du recrutement social etscolaire des écoles révèle une forte hétérogénéité des établissements. Enfin, l’analyse longitudinale desparcours de 1 570 étudiants inscrits en première année montre que la réussite des études artistiques dépenddavantage du contexte d’étude que de l’héritage culturel.

Cet article pose la question du recours par les individus aux stéréotypes, mais aussi à différentes modalités de représentation de l'Autre, dans une interaction interpersonnelle. Il insiste sur l'influence du contexte figuratif, pour tenter de comprendre les rapports d'intersubjectivité propres à chacune de ces modalités, mais aussi pour chercher à expliquer leur fonctionnement dynamique et les facteurs qui peuvent provoquer le passage d'une modalité à une autre au cours d'une rencontre. We are focusing on text setting devices, especially the parenthesis, the footnotes, the more explicit text type statements (such as «Example : » before a text part) and the pop-up windows. The overall aim of the present thesis is to study contextual influences on food behaviour (including variables coming from the environment and from the consumer). To this purpose, an immersive method using a space with physical elements was used, in order to evoke a realistic situation within a laboratory setting. Here, the method consisted in designing an immersive bar evoking the situation of “having a drink in a bar”. Two variants of the bar were created and five studies were implemented in these spaces to study how context influences food choices and evaluation.
