Butstrapa metodes dispersijas novērtēšanai izlašu apsekojumos

Darbā apskatītas vairākas butstrapa metodes, kuras tiek izmantotas izlašu apsekojumos vidējās vērtības un dispersijas novērtēšanā. Autore padziļinātāk izpētījusi butstrapa metodes ar elementu atkārtojumiem: klasisko butstrapa metodi, "naivo" butstrapa metodi un Rao-Wu butstrapa metodi, kas piemērota gan vienkāršākiem, gan komplicētākiem izlašu dizainiem. Darba praktiskajā daļā, simulējot dažādu dizainu izlases, apskatīto butstrapa metožu novērtējumi tiek salīdzināti ar īstajām vērtībām un novērtējumiem, kas iegūti izmantojot klasiskās novērtēšanas formulas. The effectiveness of leadership development in the military context from a gender viewpoint

In this case study, leadership development is investigated from the viewpoint of women in a military context. In particular, the effectiveness of a leadership development program in a specific context, namely the Finnish Defence Forces, is explored. The program being studied is unique because it is concerned with developing volunteers, not professional soldiers. A longitudinal, interview-based study of the topic was conducted with women who had participated in the program. The data consists of 45 open-ended interviews with 15 women. While mass spectrometry in Paul traps serves well mainly for molecular analysis in chemistry, Penning traps provide high accuracy and precision. The technique is based on the fact that the ratio of cyclotron frequencies ω c = (Q/M)B of two ions in the same magnetic field B gives directly the ratio of their masses ω c(1)/ω c(2) = M(2)/M(1). If carbon-12 as the standard of the atomic mass scale is used as reference, the mass of the ion of interest is obtained directly in atomic units. A new procedure is proposed for estimating river discharge hydrographs during flood events, using only water level data at a single gauged site, as well as 1-D shallow water modelling and occasional maximum surface flow velocity measurements. One-dimensional diffusive hydraulic model is used for routing the recorded stage hydrograph in the channel reach considering zero-diffusion downstream boundary condition. In order to advance models of educational processes (intraindividual, intensive longitudinal), we propose a model in which we specify state and trait constructs, and an intraindividual variability construct.
