Työssä tarkasteltiin 2010-luvulla elävää vastakulttuurina tulkittua undergroundmusiikkia. Keskeinen tavoite oli eritellä tämän uuden musiikinlajin estetiikkaa. Estetiikkaa tarkastellaan työssä ideologisena ja yhteisön jakamana kokonaisuutena. Työssä tarkasteltiin uutta nimitystä ”undiemusiikki”, jonka on lanseerannut työssä olennaisesti esillä oleva jyväskyläläinen kulttuuriyhdistys, Hear ry. A thorough understanding of neutrino cross sections in a wide range of energies is crucial for the successful execution of the entire neutrino physics program. In order to extract neutrino properties, long-baseline experiments need an accurate determination of neutrino cross sections within their detector(s). Since very few of the needed neutrino cross sections across the energy spectrum are directly measured, we emphasize the need for theoretical input and indirect measurements such as electron scattering, which would complement direct measurements. Drawing on the theories of Carl Gustav Jung, the author of the present interpretation amplifies the cultural dimensions of Lovecraft’s text, giving prominence to its origin from the ancient myths of the Aztecs, and using the so-called psychological alchemy to show the archetypal symbolism and structure of the story. Optimization of the JUNO liquid scintillator composition using a Daya Bay antineutrino detector

To maximize the light yield of the liquid scintillator (LS) for the Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO), a 20 t LS sample was produced in a pilot plant at Daya Bay. The optical properties of the new LS in various compositions were studied by replacing the gadolinium-loaded LS in one antineutrino detector. The concentrations of the fluor, PPO, and the wavelength shifter, bis-MSB, were increased in 12 steps from 0.5 g/L and <0.01 mg/L to 4 g/L and 13 mg/L, respectively. The numbers of total detected photoelectrons suggest that, with the optically purified solvent, the bis-MSB concentration does not need to be more than 4 mg/L. Pułkownik Zbigniew Jacorzyński to postać wybitnie zasłużona dla polskiego pożarnictwa. Urodził się 8 sierpnia 1921 roku w Cieszynie. Był synem oficera Wojska Polskiego. Helena Radlińska była zasłużoną bohaterką “drugiej linii” podczas drugiej wojny światowej. Jej działalność była bardzo ważna dla cywilnego i wojskowego konspiracyjnego ruchu podziemnego. Organizowała konspiracyjne formy edukacyjne dla młodzieży i dorosłych, jak w szczególności kursy nauczycielskie, studia społeczne, kursy „mazurskie”. Wspomagała patriotyczną działalność wydawniczą, prowadziła badania naukowe, tworzyła i koordynowała sieci podziemnych powiązań społecznych. Była jednym z polskich pedagogów, którzy wpisali się w chwalebną służbę narodowowyzwoleńczą podczas drugiej wojny światowej. Nel Meridione d’Italia e in particolare in Sicilia detto compito era affidato alla “fossa della neve”. In generale trattasi di un ambiente ipogeo nel quale veniva conservata la neve, per essere, nella sua maggiore quantità, utilizzata, nella tarda primavera e nella torrida stagione estiva, per la produzione di gelati e bevande fresche.
