Analysant les caractéristiques de la demande de connaissances externes des entreprises en fonction de leurs régimes d’innovation, l’article s’intéresse plus particulièrement au rôle donné à la recherche universitaire dans les stratégies d’innovation des entreprises. Anotācija Promocijas darba mērķis ir izpētīt augstskolu sadarbību ar citiem sociālajiem aģentiem zināšanu pārnesē Latvijā, izvērtējot dažādus zināšanu pārneses modeļus. Teorētiskais ietvars balstīts teorijās (Trīskāršās spirāles, Mode 2, inovāciju, sadarbības), kas atklāj sadarbību starp sociālajiem aģentiem zināšanu pārneses procesā. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīvā pieeja, gadījuma analīzes metode, analizējot divus augstskolu gadījumus – Latvijas Lauksaimniecības universitāti un Ventspils Augstskolu. A duplicate diet meal study was carried out with a group of university students living in a hostel, in order to estimate the intake of Zn, Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni and Pb. Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn and Ni were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and Cd, Co and Pb by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry after a nitric acid wet digestion procedure. Abstract Objective To examine psychosocial and environmental correlates of active commuting to university (ACU) and explore its association with overall physical activity among college students. Methods The sample included 518 students (mean 22.4 years; 59.7% female) from two universities in Valencia, Spain. Weekly estimations of energy expenditure from ACU and total physical activity were obtained. A través de un muestreo no probabilístico por accesibilidad, se recogen 487 encuestas de abril a junio de 2012, entre el Personal Docente e Investigador (PDI) y el Personal de Administración y Servicios (PAS) de dicha Universidad.
