El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar los factores psicosociales en el trabajo del personal de justicia de la Comunidad Valencia (España) para identificar la prevalencia de riesgos psicosociales. Participaron 402 trabajadores (28.11 % hombres) incluyendo gestores, tramitadores y auxiliares sociales. Se evaluó con la Batería UNIPSICO (incluye factores de demanda, factores de recursos y consecuencias de los riesgos psicosociales). Fu necessario un compromesso con la formale sopravvivenza della legge del 1865, che si fondava invece sull’opposto principio del monismo giurisdizionale, secondo la tradizione dei liberali francesi, come De Broglie, e del modello belga.
