In order to ensure the concentration, compliance and motivation of the participants, a short version of 12 items was extracted from the “Experiences in Close Relationships Questionnaire (ECR)”. Even though this short English version shows equally good validity and reliability as the long version, there have been no representative norm values and psychometric characteristics available for the short version in German. The Group Questionnaire (GQ) is a measure recently developed by Krogel et al. (2013) for the evaluation of the therapeutic relationship in group. The GQ identifies a three-factor model of the relationship that allows to measure quality (Positive Bonding, Positive Working and Negative Relationship) and structure (member-member, member-leader and member-group), dimensions in group. In recent years, the financial education of young adults has gained importance in Germany; however, very few valid test instruments to assess the knowledge and understanding of personal finance are suitable for use in Germany. In this article, we describe results of a survey in which experts in Germany in areas related to personal finance judged the relevance of the items of the American Council of Economic Education’s Test of Financial Literacy for use in Germany. Los Reglamentos (UE) 2016/1103 y 2016/1104 del Consejo autorizan a las parejas transfronterizas a elegir la ley aplicable a sus relaciones patrimoniales sobre la base de uno de los criterios enumerados en el artículo 22.1. Sin embargo, el acuerdo de elección de la ley puede tener un contenido diferente al señalado en la redacción del artículo 22 de los ?Reglamentos Gemelos?. El objetivo del análisis es ilustrar que sería incorrecto sostener que tales acuerdos son, a priori, inválidos o no permiten la autonomía de la voluntad. Esta cuestión requiere una evaluación de la finalidad concreta del acuerdo de las partes y debería, al menos, estar abierta al examen del tribunal competente.

In contrast to existing clustering algorithms based on multiobjective optimization, it is generally applicable to data represented by two or more views and does not require specifying the number of clusters a priori . Objectives: To translate and validate the Screen for Adult Anxiety Related Disorders (SCAARED) questionnaire into Spanish.Method: The original SCAARED was translated into Spanish and administered to a non-clinical sample of 131 university students (92.4% women, mean age 22 years) in Valencia, Spain. To assess the concurrent validity of the SCAARED, the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale−21(DASS) and the Beck's Anxiety Inventory (BAI) were also administered.
