Työelämän kehittämishanke : tutkimusraportti Pihlajalinnan kuntayhtiöiden työhyvinvointihankkeesta

Suomessa on viime aikoina havahduttu kuntatyöntekijöiden ja erityisesti sosiaali- ja terveysalan henkilöstön työkyky- ja jaksamishaasteisiin. Vaikka työkykyjohtaminen on yleistynyt, sote-organisaatioissa on muuta työikäistä väestöä enemmän sairauspoissaoloja ja myös työkyvyttömyysriskit ovat korkeammalla. Tässä raportissa käsiteltävässä työelämän kehittämishankkeessa tutkittiin viidelle eri Pihlajalinna Oyj:n kuntayhtiölle toteutetun työhyvinvointihankkeen vaikuttavuutta vuosilta 2017 ja 2018. The Finnish education system has gone through an exciting developmental path from a follower into a role model. Also on the two-decade history of PISA studies, Finland’s performance has provided years of glory as of the world’s top-performing nation, but also a substantial decline. This chapter examines Finland’s educational outcomes in recent PISA-study and the trends across previous cycles. Boys’ more unsatisfactory performance and the increasing effect of students’ socio-economic background are clear predictors of the declining trend, but they can explain it only partly. Tämän kandidaatintutkielman tarkoituksena on selvittää, miten sukupuolet ovat edustettuina kahdessa ruotsin kielen oppikirjassa, Klick 7:ssä ja Hallonbåt 1–2:ssa. Tietoisuus sukupuolten välisestä tasa-arvosta on lisääntynyt yhteiskunnassa ja tässä tutkimuksessa pyritään selvittämään, onko se yhdessä opetussuunnitelmien muutosten kanssa vaikuttanut oppikirjojen sisältöön sukupuolten välisen tasa-arvon ja sukupuoliin liittetävien stereotypioiden osalta. Inclusive education as an alternative to traditional separate special education has gained recognition since the approval of the Salamanca Statement in 1994. The success of inclusion is considered to be highly dependent on the teachers’ positions on inclusion. In this study Finnish comprehensive school teachers’ opinions were investigated in order to evaluate the prospects of inclusion in Finland, and also to study the variables associated with these attitudes. Committing, engaging and negotiating : Teachers’ stories about creating shared spaces for co-teaching

The study examined teachers’ stories on developing co-teaching partnerships. The narratives of three two-teacher teams were used to illustrate joint professional landscapes. The teams narrated the development process as one in which commitment, engagement and negotiation were the key elements in shaping their professional landscapes. The findings indicate wide variation in the role of shared understanding and related engagement in co-constructing co-teaching practices. peerReviewed

Since teaching is a demanding and stressful profession, the study of teachers’ physiological stress in the classroom setting is an emerging field. In cross-sectional studies self-reported stress and affect are related, but less is known about the intraindividual relations between situational physiological stress and corresponding positive and negative affect.
