Le prove di vinificazione della cultivar grillo su tre vigneti sperimentali site nel sottobacino Iudeo - Bucari (TP).

Gli Autori, dopo aver descrittole caratteristiche ambientali del sottobacino Iudeo Bucari e l’attività agricola prevalentemente legataalla vitivinicoltura, descrivono alcune prove di vinificazione di uve Grillo provenienti da tre vignesite nel sottobacino Iudeo – Bucari gestite in modo ordinario, delle quali si è monitorata la maturazione delle uve. L'obiettivo è quello di caratterizzare il prodotto vino ottenuto attraverso una tecnica di vinificazione uniforme ed ordinaria nella zona, ma che mira a mettere in evidenza la diversa qualità tecnologica delle uve utilizzate espressione dicontesti eco-pedologici diversi.

Endophytic Fungi in Asymptomatic Vitis vinifera L. and their Effects on Plasmopara viticola

During a multi-year study on the life cycle of Plasmopara viticola to assess the typical epidemiology of downy mildew on grapevine (Vitis vinifera) in west Sicily (Italy), several leaves on which the downy mildew had collapsed were found and observed in a vineyard located in Marsala, in Trapani Province. An antagonistic fungus was isolated from these leaves and named A20; through its morphology, it was identified as a hyphomycete belonging to the genus Acremonium. The antagonism of A20 against the asexual and sexual spores of P. viticola, as well as endophytic nature of the genus Acremonium in V. vinifera were confirmed by further studies which have been carried out over the past decade. Lagares de piedra y bodegas en el territorio ibérico de Kelin (comarca de Utiel-Requena, Valencia) (siglos V-III a.C.)

Los primeros indicios sobre cultivo de la vid en la comarca de Requena-Utiel son unas semillas carbonizadas de la ciudad ibérica de Kelin (Caudete de las Fuentes, València) del siglo VII a.C. No obstante, la expansión de su cultivo corresponde a los siglos V-III a.C. como se infiere del gran número de semillas carbonizadas, lagares de piedra, bodegas y ánforas, algunas con marcas pre y postcocción. En la actualidad, conocemos ocho lagares de piedra entre las ramblas de La Alcantarilla y Los Morenos, asociados a materiales ibéricos.
