Darba vides riska faktoru un stresa ietekme uz Liepājas aptiekā strādājošo farmaceitu darba spējām

Maģistra darbā ir pētīti darba vides riska faktori un stresa ietekme uz farmaceitiem, un to saistība ar nodarbināto darbspējām. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par farmaceitu profesiju, kā arī ergonomiskiem un psihosociāliem riskiem. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, bet trešajā daļā veikta iegūto rezultātu apkopošana un analīze. Literatūras analīze liecina, ka farmaceiti, kuri strādā aptiekā, pakļauti daudzveidīgiem darba vides risku faktoriem (fiziskiem, ergonomiskiem, psihosociāliem). Le teorie sulla memoria tengono conto sia della struttura della memoria che dei processi operanti al suo interno. Con il termine struttura ci si riferisce al modo in cui è organizzata la memoria, mentre con il termine processi si fa riferimento alle attività che si verificano all'interno della memoria. Apprendimento e memoria implicano una serie di stadi distinti. Il primo stadio noto come codifica, si riferisce a tutti quei fenomeni che hanno luogo durante la presentazione dell'informazione da ricordare. Il secondo stadio riguarda l'immagazzinamento delle informazioni come conseguenza del processo di codifica. Il terzo e ultimo stadio è il recupero delle informazioni immagazzinate.

Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli avata ja purkaa miesjohtajien isyydelle ja johtajuudelle antamia merkityksiä. Erityisen kiinnostuksen kohteena oli se, rakentavatko miesjohtajat isyyttään ja johtajuuttaan hyödyntäen perinteisiä ja dominoivia, jopa luonnollisiksi uskottuja totuuksia isyydestä ja johtajuudesta, vai ovatko isyyden ja johtajuuden merkitykset mahdollisesti muutoksessa. Miesjohtajien tutkiminen on tärkeää, koska johtajilla on vaikutusvaltaa organisaatioiden käytäntöihin niiden luojina ja hyväksyjinä. Tutkimuksen aineisto tuotettiin haastattelemalla 29 miesjohtajaa. Two-phase routing in three-dimensional blocked optical tori

The contribution of this paper is an all-optical 3D network architecture. We describe scheduled, two-phase routing for it. The three-dimensional blocked optical torus BOT of block size b consists of b2 × b2 × b2 nodes for the first phase routing. Processors are evenly deployed at the underlying torus so that every bth node consists of a processor. Additionally, a BOT consists of b3 blocks of b × b × b subnetworks for the second phase routing.
