Insight into particle production mechanisms via angular correlations of identified particles in pp collisions at √s = 7 TeV

Two-particle angular correlations were measured in pp collisions at s√=7 TeV for pions, kaons, protons, and lambdas, for all particle/anti-particle combinations in the pair. Data for mesons exhibit an expected peak dominated by effects associated with mini-jets and are well reproduced by general purpose Monte Carlo generators. However, for baryon–baryon and anti-baryon–anti-baryon pairs, where both particles have the same baryon number, a near-side anti-correlation structure is observed instead of a peak. Przedstawiono wyniki badań właściwości reologicznych wybranych gatunków polietylenów małej i dużej gęstości oraz otrzymanych z nich wosków. Na podstawie wyznaczonych dla nich zależności lepkości od temperatury wyznaczono energie aktywacji przepływu lepkiego tych polimerów. W celu wyjaśnienia zależności wyznaczonego parametru od właściwości tworzywa wykonano również analizy masy cząsteczkowej i dyspersyjności oraz struktury makrocząsteczek, głównie stopnia rozgałęzienia, zarówno polietylenów, jak i wosków. Uzyskane wyniki pozwoliły na ocenę właściwości przetwórczych wytypowanych tworzyw.

Prężność, rozumiana jako właściwość jednostki, która decyduje o umiejętności skutecznego radzenia sobie w sytuacjach trudnych, jest zasobem osobistym sprzyjającym procesowi pozytywnej adaptacji do warunków środowiskowych. Celem przeprowadzonych badań było rozpoznanie prężności nieletnich umieszczonych w placówkach resocjalizacyjnych w porównaniu z prężnością młodzieży nieskonfliktowanej z prawem. W badaniach zastosowano Skalę Pomiaru Prężności autorstwa Niny Ogińskiej-Bulik i Zygfryda Juczyńskiego. Psiholoģiskā trillera iezīmes filmās "Would you rather" un "The forest"

Bakalaura darba tēma ir psiholoģiskā trillera iezīmes filmās ‘’Ko tu labāk’’ un ‘Mežs’’. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, kur tika apskatīta teorija par filmām, šausmu kino, šausmu apakš-žanriem, naratīvu un psihoanalīzi. Darbā tika aprakstīta arī metodoloģija ar kuras palīdzību tika veikts pētījums, kas ir semiotiskā analīze un fokusgrupas pētījums. Darbā tika noteikta pētījuma problēma- kas ir tie elementi, kas ļauj atšķirt šausmu filmu no psiholoģiskā trillera. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kuri elementi piesaista un kādā veidā psiholoģiski ietekmē skatītājus abās filmās; kas vispār nosaka psiholoģiskā trillera žanru un vai to vajadzētu nodalīt. Darbs tiek noslēgts ar secinājumiem.

Objectives To ensure the cross-national comparability of the set of questions addressing physical and sexual intimate partner violence against women (IPVAW) included in the European Union (EU) Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) survey. Once the measurement invariance of these measures is established, we aim to make appropriate and valid comparisons of the levels of physical and sexual IPVAW across the EU countries.
